Valley Plumbing replaced my sump pump that had failed and flooded my basement. They helped me extract 5 inches of water very quickly as I was on my way out of town. I am so thankful for their help and timely repairs! Would recommend!

Jeremy was very personable and very thorough. He cleared a massive clog as well as replaced sink baskets and fixed a tub leak. He also checked my dishwasher to confirm it worked correctly. And his price was very reasonable! I would definitely recommend this company and plan on calling Near &Dear for any future plumbing needs! Toni

Valley Plumbing did an outstanding job on the numerous new installations, replacements and repairs I had done. They are friendly and thoughtful, taking time for my many questions. So clean! They left my spaces cleaner than expected, and were respectful of the property. It was a pleasure to have Michael and Noah in my home. I highly recommend this great local company for your plumbing needs. Kudos to you!

We reached out to Valley Plumbing to fix a leak under a kitchen sink in a residential unit. The plumber told my office that the garbage disposal was rusted out and needed to be replaced. The person who took the call is a trusting type of person and accepted the recommendation. However, that Garbage Disposal was only 2 MONTHS old. He also replaced all of the PVC under the sink and charged us $792. I was out of town and expected a $200 - $300 charge to tighten a joint. This was a dishonest and expensive service.

#SepticTankPumping #DrainFieldLineJetting Two very nice, professional, skilled young men came promptly and did the two separate services on our house's septic system. Mason came first to empty the tank; he had the necessary tools to locate the exact underground spot of our septic tank's openings; he was able to shovel dig to it; it being less than 3 feet down. He showed me the high water level at its opening, and after some questions and answers, said there might be a possible blockage(s) in the drain field that could need clearing to help drain and prevent backups into the house later. At my request, he explained more about septic tank systems and the service so I could make my informed decision to have it done with the septic tank pumping. He did his work, then prepped and tidied the two tank lids until the next young man could come from Knoxville with the jetting equipment, then he collected the payment for the first service and left. An hour or so later, the next young man arrived from Knoxville and got to work on the drain field jetting. I was curious about the jetting process and watched ( from a respectable distance) him work an estimated 20 feet or so of green hose or plastic tubing down through the septic tank system; it reminded me of snaking the toilet drain the way he had to work and feed the green hose tubing through it. I'm bad with names, but this young man did explain that my line was good to a point before he did run into a blockage, but thankfully, he was able to work it and break through it until the hose/tubing stopped at the end of the field line. He closed and re-buried my septic tank lids and collected the payment for that service, which matched Mason's quoted price earlier. I am glad that I called Valley Plumbing for service when I did, and that they had an opening to respond as quickly and as professionally as they did. I would recommend Valley Plumbing based on my experiences with their 3 representatives: the lady that took my call for service and the two young men that did the work.

Valley Plumbing for the Win!! We had just purchased a home and during the process of moving in, the water suddenly stopped flowing. In desperation we found Valley Plumbing’s website, liked what we saw there, and reached out. They had a crew show up the next day. Unfortunately I failed to write down their names and have since forgotten the names of the two outstanding individuals that arrived. They displayed a level of professionalism and craftsmanship that was impressive and worth noting. They did an outstanding job of explaining as they were troubleshooting what had become an intermittent problem. Working in tandem they quickly determined the failure mode and faulty component. After a quick repair estimate, and a relatively swift removal and replacement action, they leak-checked the repair and cleaned up their workspace. They took the time to fully check the operation of the system with me present and thoughtfully answered all of my questions. They showed me the defect within the part they replaced and ensured that I was satisfied with the work performed and the outcome. It was a job well-done by skilled tradesmen at a fair price! The team from Valley Plumbing, and I again apologize to them for my negligence in noting their names, were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. I would not hesitate to call Valley Plumbing and strongly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I chose Valley Plumbing after seeing a Google listing advertising a $76 drain‑clearing evaluation. All I needed was a simple toilet auger. I normally use Pipe Wrench for their $99 drain cleaning, but I figured I would give this company a try. The technician called 15 minutes before arriving, which I appreciated. He was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He attempted to plunge the toilet, but as expected, it needed to be augered. He then presented the price: $250 just to auger the toilet. I declined, and the visit ended up being a $76 fee for about 15 minutes of confirming what I already knew. Again, the technician himself was great -- friendly and respectful -- but the company's pricing and marketing feel misleading. Advertising a low-cost evaluation only to charge $250 for a very standard service comes across as deceptive and predatory. If you need drain clearing, I strongly recommend Pipe Wrench instead. They offer $99 drain cleaning with no service fee, and in my experience, they've been far more transparent and fair.

We used Valley Plumbing and Septic in October 2025 to pump our septic tank. Their representative, Mason came out the same day we called and did a great job. Recently our son had some serious plumbing problems at one of his rental cabins. So we called Valley Plumbing and Septic and they had their representative, Davis out first thing the next morning. He was friendly, knowledgable and very determined to resolve our issue. He checked everything out and quickly located and unclogged the pipe that was causing all the backup. We decided to go ahead and have the tank pumped since it had been over three years since it was done. Mason came out that afternoon and did a great job once again. Other plumbers and septic companies we called had a long waiting list. So if you want fast and reliable service and economic pricing, don't hesitate to call Valley Plumbing and Septic. THEY ARE AMAZING!

Had Tony from Valley Plumbing come out to unclog our bathtub drain, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and genuinely easy to work with. What set Tony apart was that he didn’t just show up and get to work in silence he walked me through everything he was doing and why. That kind of transparency is rare and really appreciated. I actually learned something about my own plumbing in the process. The drain is completely clear, the job was done right, and there was no mess left behind. Honestly, Tony made such a great impression that we decided to become members of Valley Plumbing because of him. If you need a plumber who knows his stuff and actually communicates with the homeowner, ask for Tony. He’s exactly the kind of person who makes you want to stick with a company long-term.

We had a very complicated plumbing job and Valley Plumbing was great to work with. Michael Gibbons was our project manager and called everyday and was on site whenever there was actual plumbing that needed addressing. He also gave us multiple options at fair pricing (we had another quote to compare), then talked us through every step once we got started. He also worked with KUB on our behalf, which was enormously helpful. Everyone at Valley was communicative, prompt, and professional. Also need to give a shout out to Christian with his cheery disposition and polite manners. He not only moved my car for me, but one day while moving dirt by himself in the rain (pretty miserable), I walked up from behind to hear him literally whistling while he worked. I would definitely recommend Valley Plumbing to anyone needing their services.

We were having issues with existing waterline for a new construction build. The Utility company said the isolation valve was leaking, but it was coming from the union. Valley Plumbing came out quickly to diagnose and correct the issue. It was also determined that due to the distance and the increased elevation, it would be best to run a 1" water line to the house (also recommended by the Utility company). Valley was out the next day to trench and install the line! The field personnel and the office staff have been great to deal with, they were quick to respond to what was needed, and the quality of work was great! I would not hesitate to utilize their services again in the future!

UPDATE: Had a frozen water pipe to call in about. Logan came out analyzed the problem, found pipes were fine, but found existing problems concerning the water heater including a leak that needed to be addressed! He did a great job correcting the problems and bringing the water heater up to code!!! Thank you, Logan and Valley Plumbing! ……. They came out and went above and beyond to clear out the sewer drain when the previous plumbers couldn’t!!! They took the time to investigate and made sure everything was cleared before leaving. They responded to my desperate plea for help and got the job done and done right!!! Thank you again for your help!!!

Latest adventure with Valley Plumbing. Michael, my plumber, fixed 2 leaking shower faucets, quick and easy for him. While he was at my house I asked if he could install a push button on my counter top for my garbage disposal. This is not something they normally would do. Michael consulted with his supervisor and since he has had personal experience doing this they allowed him to do the job. He returned the next business day with everything needed and before I knew it my new “Air Switch” had replaced the old switch which had been located inside my sink cabinet. I am thrilled! Thank you Michael and Valley Plumbing!
