“There were some issues with the process but they were resolved by the end of the day. The first issue was the wrong unit was loaded onto the installer's van. Once at the installation site it became obvious it was the wrong unit. Within an hour or so the correct unit was delivered and installed. Within a couple hours, the new unit began leaking. A replacement was delivered the same day and swapped out for the …”
