Placed a call on Tuesday and got a tech out Wednesday morning. He examined my leaking faucet, offered me a few options that he carried in the truck, and then got to work. He did a great job of marking off the sink and ensuring alignment of the new faucet. Installed the feed lines and everything was completed in about an hour. He was very pressional and friendly, wore booties inside the house and cleaned up at the end of the work. I appreciate the ease of process and good work.

Val just did amazing quick and incredibly reasonably priced water main work at our house in Orinda... and they are creative problem solvers diagnosing and resolving issues without ripping everything (driveways, etc) up like other companies want to do, good at spot leak detection replacing only what is needed. 5 stars ALL the way, look no further !! They also have an innovative technique to replace copper pipe under a driveway without having to tear it up..def recommend, would use Val for everything plumbing.... THANK YOU VAL ! 🤘🏼

John was phenomenal. He arrived right on time, was pleasant, extremely professional and easy to talk with. John was completely comfortable listening to and answering any questions as well as tolerating our attention while he worked. John took thoughtful care with our shower while replacing the cartridge which thankfully would allow us to finally turn the water off/on. He didn't waste time and the charge was totally reasonable being just as quoted on our invoice. Val Betti was recommended to us by a valued contractor and we couldn't be happier with how we were treated from scheduling, assessment and work performed. We won't hesitate to contact them again with any plumbing needs!

Called Val Betti on Tuesday, was scheduled for someone to come out on Wednesday, they arrived in the appointment window. When the service tech arrived, I realized I had some other items needing repair got the additional items included to be fixed at the same time. Replaced garbage disposal and replaced an outside water on/off valve. The work was done in an hour. Workers were really professional explained what was needed. I will be calling for another item that needs replacing very soon.
