The day of work was indeed a real pleasure; the guys knew what they were doing, were able to easily solve random problems, answered questions about related issues, and got the install done quickly and efficiently. Michael was knowledgeable and capable - he quickly determined what was wrong and helped me understand our options (and was very kind about our poor filter maintenance!). Vailes provides excellent service - from Kim & Kim who are always helpful answering questions and scheduling work - to the pro’s who come to do the jobs. Samantha has been very helpful with planning my projects. Will replaced the water heater over a year ago and David did a great job draining it today for regular maintenance. Jake & Lance did an excellent job replacing the HVAC a couple seasons ago and Michael followed up with the maintenance - both the furnace and A/C are so much better than the previous units. Vailes hires the nicest people - every one of them I have met - and they all do top-notch work! My advice - call Vailes and hire a Pro. Today Vailes (David) replaced both valves on our tankless water heater and also fished the coil system. David was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He clearly explained how the system worked and stressed how routine, preventive maintenance was key to prolonging the life of the unit. We already have our calendar marked for next year’s flushing. We also have the annual AC maintenance plan to ensure our AC unit provides cooling support during those hot summer days. Had a OTR microwave installed including installation of outside venting as well. Chad and the team did a great job start to finish. Looks great and functions exactly as intended. Dealing with Vailes from start to finish was a seamless process including their excellent communication and customer service. Would recommend for any home repair/ remodel/ installation needs!
