Erich did an excellent job installing our new garbage disposal! He was friendly, quick, and efficient, giving us advice on how to best care for and provide regular maintenance on it in the future as well. Overall a great experience and would use again!
Joe did an an excellent job with the installation, which included a few modifications for drainage, and a bit of work removing the old unit (which was rust-locked to the connection point beneath the sink). He explained everything clearly, and even spent a little time giving my wife and I professional advice regarding operation, safe use, and tips to extend the longevity of the unit. Joe was a pleasure to work with, and we would definitely use his services again.
Had problems with my water heater. Did a little research and found many plumbing business with less than desirable reviews. V and L had positive feedback. So I gave them a call. My experience was great. They communicated and delivered in every step of the process. Kudos to Erich (technician) for his communication, effort and expertise. He was awesome. Very happy with the whole process.
