Quickly fixed a problem behind my shower faucet that a different company cut holes in my ceiling and quoted me 3k needlessly for. So grateful for Howard and Zach coming out and swiftly and honestly fixing the problem.

We had a significant leak coming from the main in the basement Howard from US Allied came out with an hour to help. He was able to band aid fix the leak until the correct part can be ordered so it can be replaced properly. We are super thankful for his friendly, honest professional service we would highly recommend. Follow up: US Allied came back out Monday morning as promised to replace the valve where the main comes into the house. Kyle did an amazing job he was informative, fast and super funny. Kyle is super friendly type of guy he is the kinda guy you wanna go and crack open a beer with after work just a great attitude. He explained everything he was going to do in detail so there wouldn't be any surprises. He even took the time to replace a spigot for me while he was here. Amazing job I stick by my statement I would highly recommend

Knowledgeable and professional, the plumber, first of all, brought his own boot covers to protect my home. Next, he performed a timely assessment and provided me with the issue and the repair cost before he did anything else. He also provided me with a replacement option. During the replacement, he was respectful of my home, my budget and my dog. (My dog loved the attention) The work was clean, time efficient and cost effective. Thank you, US Allied. We've never had so much hot water. I will definitely use you again.

Alex did an excellent job! Positioned the new water heater so that the controls would be accessible, added vertical run in the vent line for improved draft, added an expansion tank, explained very clearly what routine maintenance is recommended. Looking forward to the next project with US Allied!
