Needed to find a company that would service my hair salon on a Sunday, the only day we are closed. We had any shampoo bowl that was draining too slowly. URV returned my call promptly and set us up for the next day. Roman did a great job for a very reasonable price. We'll use them again in the future.
Roman from URV Projects did a fantastic job. He removed our old toilet, installed the new one (which required shimming and caulking), cleaned up, and all done efficiently and with a very friendly and respectful attitude. Highly satisfied with his work.
Needed a toilet replaced and went through Home Depot. URV contacted me as soon as toilet was purchased and set up the first available appointment and also sent reminders. Day of installation, Roman Ugrimov was the assigned plumber. He arrived promptly was able to unpack, install new toilet, and remove the old one in about an hour. It was on the second floor too and he did a great job. Very efficient and smooth.
Unfortunately, I can’t remember the technician’s name, but the communication with this company was great! Was called immediately after placing the order to setup an installation date. On the day of installation, he called 45 minutes in advance to let us know he was on his way. Professional and cleaned afterwards! ( I’m sure the company can look up who installed my job. He definitely deserves a bonus!) thank you!!
Roman Ugrimov was on time, professional, kind and very respectful of my home. He installed and removed three toilets for me. I 100% recommend!!
