We had a gas leak outside of our house and the plumber did an excellent job fixing it. He is prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was handled quickly and safely. We’re very satisfied with the service and highly recommend him.

Nicolas and his team are very professional from my first contact to completion of the work. We needed a new valve for our humidifier water source, and a toilet re-set. They did really well. Another great part of their service was to pre-diagnose my problem, he asked for pictures so he could provide an accurate quote, which he did. The last jobs they did for me were awful! Replacing the guts of an exterior water spigot that was dripping when turned on, only to have it dripping when it was turned off! They then came and replaced the exterior water spigot but it was dripping slowly when shut off. I was told this would stop over time. Fast forward three months and the PVC that was connected to my sump pump had come apart on the outside! Also installed by them, they noticed my exterior water spigot had filled with water and froze into a block! They blamed me for not turning off the shut off valve inside and called me a liar. I explained to them the front water spigot has never been shut off either and never had any issues! I turned it on a week ago full blast and now it just drips water! The reason this happened is because the faucet NEVER STOPPED dripping the entire time!!! Terrible owner and service!

Very bad attitude. I put a request on yelp. This plumber sent me a message to reach him at the given number to discuss the project. When I did call on the given number, he disconnected me .

We recently had our main sewer line cleaned out, both on the street and behind our house. The crew addressed a significant accumulation of debris and tree roots inside our 6-inch clay main sewer line, thoroughly removing scale, clogs, and root buildup. They responded extremely quickly and conducted themselves with great professionalism from start to finish. Mykola was fantastic. I could not recommend him enough. He came in, got an understanding of the job and began working. No hassling, no upselling of other services that appear “needed” in your home. He came in to install a new bathroom vanity, which required cutting drywall open and moving pipes to accommodate the new vanity setup. He did it in 2 hours and charged an extremely fair price. I received 3 other quotes from plumbers that are also licensed/insured and they were significantly higher. Mykola was very fair and very quick - all things you want in a plumber.

We needed to have our old galvanized pipes replaced throughout the house with copper. We got a few quotes from local plumbers. Bigger named companies. Nick was wonderful to work with from the moment I spoke to him until completion of my tankless water heater. My old water heater was leaking on Friday night and I called urban plumbing and spoke to nick. He came out the next day and originally we were told a week for install but since we had to shut off all water Nick was able to squeeze me in on Monday for install. Everyone was professional and even cleaned the floor before leaving The price was exactly as quoted. Wish I could give 10 stars
