This was wonderful! I called and got immediate help. I would not hesitate to use Upshaw Plumbing again. Brent is honest and does excellent work. This is our 4th time we used them and it’s always gone well.

Upshaw Plumbing did a great job installing a whole-house water filtration system for us. The quality of their work was excellent, and everything was installed properly and professionally. There was a delay with the installation, but they stayed in touch the entire time and kept us updated regularly, which we really appreciated. Overall, a positive experience and I would recommend them for plumbing and water filtration work.

Amazing service! Jeremey was a great help to us when we had a pipe burst during the most recent snowstorm. He made it out to us very quickly and was super thorough and professional. He had us back up and running quickly. I would highly recommend using Upshaw for any of your plumbing needs and ask for Jeremy, he was phenomenal.

If you have ever experienced the sudden burst of a hot water heater or discovered the slow leak with water creeping toward your Christmas ornaments in the basement…on a Sunday night…of a holiday weekend.. then you understand the panic that set in at our home! The ease of scheduling an appointment online was much appreciated, but what set Upshaw Plumbing above the rest was the personalized care with someone actually answering our call the next morning when we verified our appointment was received, and understanding the need to have the repair done ASAP as water to the entire house was shut off. Jax and Jeremy were dispatched and arrived two hours EARLY, assessed the situation and immediately got to work. On top of taking out the old water heater, we took their suggestion and installed a shut off valve in the basement at the water heater, and installed a new pressure reducing valve and a shut off there as well. We were up and running within a few hours and would not hesitate to call Upshaw Plumbing again. In fact, we are consulting with them for some upgrades and remodeling soon! On top of the quick, professional service, Upshaw Plumbing offers a 10% Teacher Discount, which is always much appreciated. From start to finish the Upshaw team was very professional and responsive. Clay was able to identify the problem (leak of the house main just outside the house) and repaired it in just a couple hours. He was very conscientious and took the opportunity to pre-repair a future fault (plastic connector further up the line where metal should have been) since he was already making a repair there. I am confident the job was done such that I won't be having any further issues with this water line.

My plumbing lines were not installed properly 20 years ago and we had ongoing issues with clogs and backups. Jeremy and Jax arrived on time and diagnosed the problems and made the necessary repairs. They were very polite, competent and professional in their work and cleaned up more than expected. I would highly recommend Upshaw Plumbing in the future. The price charged, for the amount of work done, was more than fair. I don't give 5 star reviews unless they are earned.

The absolute best service I have ever had! Clay repaired my kitchen drain which was caused by a clogged garbage disposal and water line. It turned into a much bigger job than I anticipated but Upshaw Plumbing met every challenge and made the repair in a timely manner leaving my kitchen in pristine condition and me with flowing water! I cannot give a better recommendation to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Trustworthy Company. Clay is amazing, always in time, excellent at his job, very knowledgeable, great service, providing an excellent job all the time, he pays attention to our needs and he did care about the cleaning of my house he respectfully took his shoes off without me saying anything. Jax and Jeremy showed up on time and explained all my options before they did any work and were very thorough not only in the work but in cleaning up after. I had a hot water tank go bad so I contacted them at 7:30am. They installed a new tank and had me up and running in just three hours. Brent and the team were incredible. So professional, clean and fast that I bought their service plan. These are the people that I want in charge of my plumbing.
