United Plumbing & Water Heaters

We had a water heater installed by United Plumbing a couple of months ago, and it has been working great. However, last night it suddenly stopped working. After checking it myself and attempting to restart it, I was unable to get it running. I called United Plumbing, and they promptly scheduled a technician for the same day. Viktor arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and discovered that the main gas valve to our home had been turned off. I still have no idea how that happened! Viktor turned the gas back on, explained how the system works, and thoroughly inspected the water heater to ensure everything was operating properly. He also took the time to answer all of my questions about the water heater and its operation. To my surprise, United Plumbing did not charge us anything for the service visit. I am extremely pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism we received. This experience reaffirmed that we made the right choice in selecting United Plumbing for our water heater installation. Highly recommended!

Have had an issue with a clogged drain. Reached out to United Plumbing and was able to get an appointment for a technician (Salih) to stop by within few hours. Salih was able to quickly identify what the issue was, gave a quote and upon concent started working on it. Tried to open one of the valves and when that was proving to be time taking, quickly moved onto nearby one and opened that successfully and addressed the blockage. Though it was not part of the estimate, Salih also opened the P-trap for no charge and checked for blocks. The thing that was really helpful for me was Salih offered to take a look in the crawl space for any leaks in the pipes. Salih spent a good 20-30 minuites working on the crawl space. He took videos, pictures and explained about the things happening in the crawl space. He also shared a report about it. All the crawl space inspection was of no charge. I am quite happy with the service provided and would reach out to United Plumbing for any other needs in the future and would recommend them for others.

I am super happy with the work provided by United Plumbing, especially the work done by Victor B. He was amazing — it was immediately apparent that he was knowledgeable, highly capable, and meticulous with his work. I initially had a water heater leak, and then only 24 hours later my shower faucet broke and would not shut off. Victor replaced both perfectly for me and on the same day. I then had him come back again to help install a Waterdrop filtration system, replace some corroded valves that I discovered, and replace a leaking main shutoff line that I had been putting off. I then had the company perform a scope of my pipes that I again had been putting off. This was done with Tony, who was also very thorough and efficient. He was also the one to go over my water heater replacement options were with me which were very fair. I used their services 4 times in less than 5 days. That's how great they were. Grace, and Lady were also fantastic throughout the process in getting me scheduled for same day service. I’m hoping I won’t need any more plumbing work for a while, but I would be happy to go with them again for any services.

I live in a house that started to only output lukewarm water at all times of the day. Instead of randomly guessing the issue, based on random articles on my own, I decided to reach out to plumbing services in my area. United HVAC and Plumbing were one of the first to reach out and with an offer of a free quote whereas several others charge. I had the pleasure of having Viktor B from United HVAC and Plumbing come help the same day. He was very knowledgeable, using his sense of touch and various ways to determine any and all issues with the water heating system. He immediately found the issue which was that cold water was being mixed into the hot circulating around the house and even taught me a bit of how everything worked very patiently. He blocked off the pipe to resolve the symptom of the issue for the night while he sent me a quote and scheduled for repairs the very next day. On president’s day no less! My family got to enjoy hot showers and warm water that night. Viktor B came back the next day with everything needed to replace the broken pump and gate that was supposed to prevent cold water from circulating. He fixed it in less than 3 hours which was amazing! He even ensured that the area in which he worked on was very clean! Almost all of the mess was because of my dad’s old clutter hoarded in the corner by the boiler but it came out very spotless. Highly recommend United HVAC and Plumbing. It was an amazing pleasure to have Viktor B over in order to provide repair services to our home!

I cannot say enough good things about Zak and the entire team at this plumbing company. Zak is an absolutely amazing guy--super friendly, incredibly professional, and an honest plumber. He goes completely above and beyond. One time, we had a major leak in our crawl space, and Zak showed up at 8:00 PM. He stayed all the way until midnight to ensure everything was fully fixed. Seeing that level of dedication and commitment was huge for us. On another occasion, he came out to help us, provided a very reasonable estimate, and gave us his completely honest, transparent opinion on the work. The company itself is also fantastic--the staff is super nice and incredibly accommodating whenever we need to change our schedule. Highly recommend him and the entire company to anyone needing dependable plumbing services!

I had an excellent experience with United HVAC Plumbing Company. They were able to come out the same day to fix a leaking water pressure valve, which was such a relief. The technician was not only quick but incredibly thorough, even taking the time to double-check the water pressure at our sinks to make sure everything was working properly. Had a great experience with United. They were very fast in response and the work was quite thorough. They did multiple inspections to find out the root issue for my water heater and never just jump to a solution.

United Plumbing came out on a Sunday evening to fix a leaking washing machine faucet. They really came through, and did a great job! Highly recommended.
