I called last night around 5:00 p.m. to book an appointment for a new water heater installation in northdale Tampa. The dispatcher was very knowledgeable and kind and they booked me for the following day first thing on the morning appointment with the lovely technician Amed. I received the confirmation text that the technician is on the way and when I arrived on site I felt very comfortable and in good hands. The installation took about an hour and was very informative, kept the house very clean and respectful. Price was very good I would definitely use ultimate plumbing solutions in the future. And most importantly Amed the technician who provided the work for me. 10/10 thanks again and have a great day!

We were in need of garbage disposal help and called Ultimate Plumbing. We had used them once before and were pleased with their professionalism and how they cleaned up after they were done. This visit we had Jack Dungey come out and was able to correct the issue immediately. He was professional, friendly and gave me tips to avoid the issue in tge future. My dog has a new friend too.
