I’ve used Tyco several times for plumbing needs (small, big and huge) and they’re always extremely professional, thorough and high-quality of work.

Tyco was great. We got a new hot water heater from them and they were superb from estimate to installation. We would certainly use them again, and recommend them to everyone. Thanks for a great job.

Ryan with TYCO Plumbing had great communication and did a professional job. He left the site very clean after completing the work as well. I would recommend their services!

We had a tankless water heater installed in our old house and while I loved the endless hot water, I was unhappy to learn how loud they can be. My home office shared a wall the room it was installed in and I could literally hear every time hot water was used in the house, it drove me nuts. When we decided after moving into a new house that the traditional water heater it had wasn't cutting it - we couldn't even fill the tub before it ran out - and needed a tankless installed, I was extremely concerned that we'd have a repeat of the problem, so much so that I put off getting one installed for a year. When Tyler from TYCO Plumbing showed up and I explained my concerns and history with tankless heaters, I pointed out that the room right next to the furnace room is my office, and the room right above it is my wife's music room, so I wanted him to do everything he could to minimize the noise from it. Let me tell you something. Tyler. Understood. The assignment. He called Navien, he talked to construction experts, he researched, and when the day finally came to install the water heater he wound up installing a board to new studs held in place by rubber shock-absorbers and sound-dampening insulation behind the board, something like forty thousand screws holding it in place so there would be no vibrations. I mean the guy straight up geeked-out on my request, I've never seen anything like it. "Went above and beyond" doesn't even come close to the level of effort that went into making this thing as quiet as possible. Tyler told me beforehand that he'd do everything he could but couldn't promise it would be totally silent, which I understood. After it was installed, he left me in the utility room to go turn the hot water on in the bathroom and asked me if it was too loud. My hand to God, I actually yelled back "is what too loud?" unaware that he had even turned the water on at all. I was standing next to the water heater and could not hear a thing. It goes without saying that none of the nearby rooms have any noise. The pipes are clean, the install is perfect, and my wife enjoyed her first bath in the new house since we moved into it a year ago. I cannot stress in a review how *perfect* this install was, the entire thing was absolutely flawless. Cannot recommend TYCO highly enough.

Old world integrity… We will not work with any other plumbers in the Denver area except Tyco Plumbing. We used to get bids from three separate plumbers, and it was always the same: The other two companies would find “problems” that required the purchase of expensive equipment and hours of labor, while Tyco would say, “This part was just loose so we tightened it.” That type of honesty and integrity is so rare and so difficult to find these days, but Tyco has it. Tyler Coupens, the owner, has done an exceptional job hiring polite, honest, extremely knowledgeable staff that are a delight to work with. We had been told by several other plumbers that we needed to purchase a new hot water heater despite owning an exorbitantly expensive commercial heater that is only 6 years old. Four other plumbing companies hadn’t been able to figure out what was wrong, and they were all recommending we purchase a brand new expensive heater, which would’ve meant a full day’s worth of labor to remove the current heater and install the new system. Robert, from Tyco, came to the house and found a small part that was malfunctioning; he ordered the a replacement part, which Andrew installed a few weeks ago and now the heating system is working beautifully. While Andrew was there, he figured out a complex problem that had evaded all other plumbers (scalding water was intermittently coming out of cold water faucets, like the filtered water dispenser in the refrigerator, and even the toilets); he immediately suspected it was a pressure buildup problem and simply closed all of the b-day faucets throughout the house— A solution that took 30 seconds and cost nothing. We have not had that potentially dangerous issue occur once, since Andrew figured it out. Why would we EVER call another plumber?!! Thank you TYCO!!! Please don’t ever change !!

This review is long overdue. I first called Tyco because I got a new countertop installed and had to reconnect the garbage disposal and purchase a new faucet. Chris came out and was very professional. He explained each step of the process and how the best solution to reconnect pvc pipping was to route it differently which would make the water flow more efficient and not cause clogging. He advised me to have him to do that work and to purchase a new garbage disposal that was over 10 years old. The job turned out great and things are working perfectly. The second time I called Tyco was to replace shower heads and faucets inside two bathrooms. Mike and Tyler came out to my place and gave me a free assessment and asked me what work I wanted to get done and what it would take to get the job done and a schedule on getting it done. I appreciate them being upfront with pricing and also working with me to order the faucets I wanted installed through their parts network at a discounted rate. Mike came back twice and provided an excellent level of service and made sure I was happy with the job. Thanks again guys and will call back for future work and recommend you out to anyone else who needs plumbing work done.

I requested quotes from several local plumbers to have my water heater moved to a new location and replaced - I did this during the peak of the COVID 19 Pandemic, and due to the circumstances I requested this in a nonstandard fashion by detailing the specifics of my request along with photos and measurements into a PDF. Ultimately I chose Tyco due to several factors; their overall willingness to handle the quote without the need of an onsite visit, and Tyler's responsiveness and thorough explanation in his responses impressed me - these two factors gave them the edge over the other companies I contacted. For my job Tyco's price was slightly better than most quotes I received, and they were able to get me scheduled within a few days. I received a call from Rich when he was on his way and he arrived at the specified time. The swap only took a few of hours and required minimal interaction (which was ideal, again, due to the pandemic). I would highly recommend Tyco Plumbing, and look forward to using them again in the future.

We recently had a kitchen remodel and the plumbing under the sink, installed by an incompetent subcontractor, failed code inspection on several points. We called three plumbing businesses to give us an estimate to bring everything up to code. Each sent someone to our home before producing an estimate, and all three said a full replacement of drainpipes was recommended. One quoted $800, another $1,600, and TYCO plumbing quoted $600. The other two said it was a full day of work to replace all the drainpipes under the sink. TYCO Plumbing sent Josh, a certified master plumber, to give us the quote and we decided on the spot to go with TYCO because Josh was courteous, patient with our questions, and explained everything well. Josh worked efficiently and did the work in just over two hours and greatly improved the organization of the pipes and brought everything up to code. We could not be happier and will call TYCO Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Been tinker with running toilets for years. Rich from TYCO got me on the schedule immediately, recommended new toilets, directed me on which brands and models tend to work well, recommend a plumbing supplier who gave me a discount on the toilets. Then Rich returned the same week to be sure my toilets were installed before my Son's birthday party the next day. Rich was so kind, great with my dog and his helper Lance was super respectful too. They cleaned up after all the installations (3 toilets) and some additional plumbing replacements. Then when I thought things couldn't get any better Rich offered to install a new Hot Water heater on the same day!!!! I love my new hot water heater. I highly recommend TYCO. This was my second experience with Rich this year. He also fixed an issue at a rental property. His communication with me on that job was amazing.

I needed a new water heater (not an emergency) and had consulted with another local plumbing company before contacting TYCO. The other company told me that due to location & size of my existing WH, they could only provide a tankless WH and explained that additionally I’d need to contact an electrician to confirm appropriate power supply (stating I’d likely need to increase supply in that area), and a few other considerations. I wasn't interested in a tankless WH, or the hassle, and I didn’t believe that the size was a problem. I called TYCO, they scheduled promptly, Andrew confirmed the size was not an issue, provided a quote (saving me $800 on the tank itself, and who knows how much on the electrician, etc), they installed it, and we all lived happily ever after. 5-stars to Andrew - clearly experienced, and a good human. I will use TYCO again.

You can never have too many options for plumbing services. This is the first time I had called TYCO. I went to turn on my outdoor sprinkler system and the backflow preventer had gone south. Water everywhere. I texted them and they said they could have someone there that afternoon (it was a Saturday when I decided to turn the system on, early in the season here but it was like 84 degrees outside. Still technically winter. Ryan showed up in less than 2 hours. Checked the problem. Checked plumbing the basement just in case that wasn't the problem, save me the work. Then he had it replaced in about an hour. It was one of those things where the house is now old enough to vote and pretty much everything in the house needs maintenance. It's not cheap, but when ever is plumbing? You pay to not have to re-do it. I feel very comfortable.

Tyler and his team went above and beyond in terms of service, craftsmanship, pricing, and efficiency. I had a water main line leak in a very precarious location involving not only my lawn but my neighbor's beautiful landscape as well. I had first consulted a plumbing company that I had given business to before and felt pressured to sign and place a deposit immediately. It was recommended that I get a second opinion and I am so glad that I did! Tyler kept me and my neighbor informed in every step of the process. The competitive, flat- rate pricing was a huge relief and allowed me to budget for this project. They were clean and very respectful of my home and property as well as my neighbor's. They completed the project well within projected time frame. I highly recommend TYCO and will use them again for any future projects.

THANK YOU TYLER! What a fantastic company! I was happy from the moment I spoke with Tyler on the phone to schedule an estimate. Tyler took the time to answer ALL of my questions without making me feel like I was taking up his precious time. When he came out to do the estimate, he spent time explaining the different options we had, the process and price points for all. Needless to say we were impressed and very comfortable with his bid so we scheduled the work to be done. Tyler and Chris were on time per schedule, did an awesome job, cleaned up after themselves and once again Tyler explained what he did and asked if we had any questions. I couldn't be happier with this company and the service they performed. Tyler is a truly genuine person and I would recommend his company with no hesitation!!

Such a great experience! I called Tyco after returning from a trip to a clogged kitchen sink. They were extremely responsive and let me know that they were booked until Monday. This was Thursday afternoon but I was prepared to wait because several neighbors recommended this company. Tyler told me he would put me on the "cancel" list and see if he could squeeze me in. 2 hours later Mike showed up and got me all taken care of. I am so thrilled with the quick response, the professionalism of the plumber who came out. Thanks Mike and Tyler for the awesome service. Also, BONUS = the quote was reasonable and affordable but after all the work was done, the price was actually lower than the original quote. Tyco will have all my business in the future! Great job!!

I could not be happier with TYCO Plumbing. We'd been having a leak in our shower faucet for a few weeks, and based on what we'd heard from another plumber previously, we thought we were going to have to tear open the walls to address the issue. We reached out to TYCO for an estimate and was actually able to diagnose, quote, and fix the issue all in the same visit, with very minimal cutting into the tile / wall. Looking at the finished project, you never would have even known they had to get into the wall they were able to patch it up so perfectly. The price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding. Next time we have any plumbing needs, we'll definitely be reaching back out to TYCO Plumbing for their excellent work and professional service.
