Zack did such an amazing job with the quote, and Stephen and Derek did amazing work to replace my ~24 year old A.O. Smith gas water heater with this beautiful Rheem, connected to an Aquatherm. The pipe work is beautiful! I could not be happier having safe, hot water before the holidays and cold arrives. You all are an answer to the prayers of MANY people on my behalf!!! Trust was wonderful to work with. My water heater busted and flooded my basement. They got to my home quickly, competently diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain my options for replacement as well as each of the pros and cons of each option. They also got to work quickly and installed a new water heater and a smart shut off valve on my main water line. My new water heater works terrifically. After the install I learned I may have insurance coverage for replacing the water heater. I called and asked if they could provide a letter to send to my insurance company. They responded super fast and I got notice from my insurance company that it was covered incredibly quick.

HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY: All the 5 star reviews are true and well-earned!!! My elderly mother had an issue with her toilet running continuously. Another company (BBQuick) came out and told her that her toilet was old and needed to be replaced and not only that toilet but all 4 of the toilets in her 8 year old new construction home. I wasn't there for the inspection but that didn't sound right to me and when I spoke to the plumber about it he sounded more like a salesman than a plumber. I decided to get a second opinion but not before reading throughs lots of reviews of other plumbing companies. When I came across Trust Plumbing's glowing reviews I thought it may be too good to be true but decided to give them a call anyway in hopes that they would live up their name and be trustworthy. They lived up to their name and more! Professional and courteous from the first phone call and able to come out same day or next at a time that was convenient for me (I wanted to make sure I was there). SAVED ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS: Zac came out the next day and found that the toilet flush handle needed to be tightened. He tightened it at no charge and completed a courtesy check of the pipes under the bathroom sink. Zac could have easily acted as an unscrupulous salesman and attempted to sell me thousands of dollars of unneeded repairs but instead he acted with integrity and fixed the issue and left. A lot of reviews of plumbers complain about the high cost but imagine if that high cost was for an unnecessary repair/replacement. Rest assured that if Trust Plumbing comes out and gives you a quote, it will be for a real issue without any upselling. I will be calling Trust Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and will recommend them to all my neighbors.

I had an absolutely excellent experience with Trust Plumbing & Heating. The Technician for my Backflow Testing was Zack. He communicated when I made my appointment to confirm the day and time and also when he was on the way. He not only provided great customer service but was very knowledgeable in educating me about what he was doing and why it needed to be done. To top it all off, Trust Plumbing gave me rock bottom pricing as opposed to several other providers who were quoting me prices three to four times what I paid. Based on my amazing experience, I would gladly recommend Trust Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing and or heating services. Thanks again Zack.

We had previously used Trust to replace a pressure relief valve and add an expansion tank to our hot water heater. Zack was very thorough and we were really happy with the work. We just had them come back to replace our main water line which was corroding and move it over a couple feet to make more space in the closet. While doing the work Zack uncovered a large void under the concrete slab and went above and beyond to make sure that it was filled back in properly before moving forward with the repair. We are again really happy with his work. We would highly recommend Zack to anyone looking for a trusted plumber!

Zack the owner himself came to do the needed service, he is a ton of experience, excellent communicator, listening to concerns, educating customer, attention to detail, punctuality and he found out an issue which we never even thought about, and I can go on and on. Our hot water baseboard heat stopped working in 2 out of 3 zones. Also, overflow tank was starting to leak and needed replacing. Zack stopped by, was very professional, and explained everything that needed to be done. He bled the air out of the system, changed the rusted air release valves, changed the pressure gage (very important to have a properly working gage!), and installed new overflow tank. Great professional service reasonably priced! We will save his info for the future, but hopefully not need it :)

I had a great experience with Trust Plumbing! Stephen was incredibly professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sure I truly understood what was going on. We had a broken pipe due to the cold winter months, and as a new homeowner, I had no idea there were preventative steps I should have been taking. I’m so grateful he walked me through what happened and how to avoid it in the future. I will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend their services going forward!

I called Trust plumbing on a Thursday and the owner answered. He came by the very next dat to give me a quote on our non-emergency. The price was right where i thought it should be. We scheduled the job for the next week. Trust reminded us the day before the work and then messaged us when they were on the way. Job was completed and Stephen was polite and professional. The invoice was exactly what was quoted. I'll use them in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Zach did a great job diagnosing and resolving our water pressure issue as well as installing an expansion tank and replacing our pressure relief valve. He was very professional and helped make sure we understood everything he was doing and why. He made sure to keep the areas he was working clean by using lots of drop clothes. Overall highly recommend Zack and Trust Plumbing and Heating. We plan to have him come back out for additional work that we need done in the future.

Zach is very conscientious and very sympathetic toward his customers. He also has a wide network of excellent subcontractors which helped immensely in getting the job done. His office staff reflects his way of doing business as well. I just worry that Zach works too many hours and doesn't take care of himself. We need you to be around, so please watch your health/weight/diet and give yourself some time to relax. I know it's tough in your profession, but please try!

Zack was a gem to work with. I had an issue with my new home purchase and he was able to come over the next day and help me address my issue (which was actually with the city) and didn't attempt to upsell me any services. He was honest about his time, we had 15 minutes left of the hour rate and he offer to took a look a few more things! He also took the time to explain in detail everything I had questions about. Will be using him for all plumbing in the future!

Superior work, dependable, friendly and professional, very neat work performed, and they super clean their work area when finished. Zack and his crew are great. I like that he patiently explained different things and answered all my questions. I fully understood the scope of the job. Already have a fall appointment for a heating system check up and a valve replacement. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience. Trust kept me abreast of each step, and their technician Zach was amazing, friendly, and professional. He also filed the necessary results to AA County, which Nationwide (whom I hired in April 2025 to first perform the test) did not. Cannot recommend Trust highly enough, and I would NOT recommend Nationwide for any of their services.
