True Plumbers & AC

Will be our go-to plumbers from this day forward! We had a death in the family yesterday. Within an hour of that happening, mom's water heater began flooding the Florida room. Three calls to our home warranty left us even more distraught. I found True Plumbers online. From my first contact with Erica, to Chris and Paul coming out they treated is with kindness, respect, and grace. Chris and Paul found the issue quickly and were able to fix it easily. What could have been a total disaster for our family ended up making our day just a bit brighter for their kindness dedication and service.

I called around 7pm on a Sunday night because our backyard spiket broke. We have well water so we had to shut off water to our entire house. Initially, there was some communication issues but Kayle contacted me and addressed my concerns. The service technician was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely use True plummers in Plant City again

Awesome experience with Mr.Alex Cheek today. Woke up to no water gave you guys a call and the lady on the phone(sorry I didn't catch her name) was very helpful and quick to get things moving for me. Mr. Alex got here in just a couple hours and had my place back up and running again in about 45 minutes. Also pretty good pricing. Was worried I'd have to cash in the savings but it ended up being a fraction of what I thought it would be. If I ever need a plumber again you guys will have my business without a doubt. Thank you so much for your help!!!

Based on an exceptionally positive experience with True Builders on my kitchen rebuild three years ago, I didn’t hesitate to contact True Plumbers when I needed a new water heater. Although we had a bit of a bumpy start (which, I admit, was primarily my doing), Chris persevered to find a solution that would ensure my complete satisfaction. I really appreciated his patience and efforts. Randall and Charles installed the tank with expertise and tenacity in a timely manner. When installation was concluded, Randall was resolute in not leaving the property until the water had reached the maximum temperature and he was assured that I was happy with it. I was very impressed and appreciative of that. All three of these men were friendly, respectful (of both me and my property), and considerate. In addition, they all seemed to share the common goal of leaving the customer happy - and they did that. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Erica who went above and beyond in overseeing the whole process, and in her constant reassurances. She is a gem and an excellent representative of the company. Thank you, True… you hire good people!

True Plumbers & AC recently installed a new AC unit at my house. The old AC was 21 years old and was the install was definitely needed. TJ and John “Book” came out to install and did a fantastic job. They were both professional and friendly and I never doubted their expertise. Brian was also there to oversee the project and was first class with his friendliness and was great at keeping us up to date with the progress. Would 100% recommend this company!
