Hats off to Dan and Conner. I had an incredible experience with them. They did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet and tubular under the kitchen sink. In addition, they replaced the toilet tank flapper and handle for me. Both Dan and Conner were informative, thorough and professional. They made sure everything was installed correctly before they left my house. I will definitely do business with Trojan Plumbing Company, Inc. again.

The guys came out quickly. They answered all my questions and gave me options with pricing for each. They worked quickly, and cleaned up well after themselves. Trojan will be my plumbing company for anything moving forward.

Shane was very knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely fashion. He even explained other issues not related to plumbing that need attention. I would definitely recommend Trojan. Troy was especially personable on the phone. He made me feel comfortable about the job his company would be doing.

Better plumbing companies out there that actually respond and follow through. Check out my reviews, I found an amazing plumbing company that actually follow through and does amazing honest work. I reached out to Trojan Plumbing Inc, scheduled a day for them to come out and check out the leaking issues I was having in my home. They showed up, promised a quote and never heard back from them again. I even reached out via their portal after a week for an update with no response. Be a bit more professional and if you don’t want to take the job let people know. It’s understandable. Instead of wasting everyone’s time and having no communication at all. Everyone do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time. Better and more professional companies out there.

I originally gave them a 5 star review, but still living in the mess they left has been a nightmare. We had a big job that required ripping up our basement floor and digging up our backyard. They left our basement floor looking absolutely ridiculous. I understand that they are not contractors BUT for the price we paid, it would have been nice to have a floor that didn't look like a toddler did. The first rain we got, our basement flooded because the drain outside our basement door was completely blocked up with debris from them. It was an absolute nightmare. While digging up my backyard, they cut the electricity to my garage. Normally, not a huge deal EXCEPT they made it my responsibility to not only find an electrician but pay the electrician out of my pocket with ZERO reimbursement. At the time I panicked and did what I was told. Regret it now. THEY did not call Julie before they dug, so that should NOT have been my responsibility.

Once again, I had to use Trojan’s services. They responded in less than 24 hours. They arrived at my house and Daniel and his crew member finished the required work in a great amount of time. I will only call Trojan for my plumbing needs. If you haven’t used Trojan and need any type of plumbing work call them now! I know you will be pleased as I always am. Thanks again Trojan. Wonderful! Trojan is always very thorough. Shane and his assistant were very professional and took time to look at all details of the work to be done with a successful outcome. I will continue to call Trojan for all my plumbing needs.

Two years ago Brandon provided Great service! Over the weekend 3/13/26 I received the worst service and will not be using them again. Scheduling and customer service are horrible. They would schedule me one day then their staff would show up the wrong day and time and blame the office staff! Then they show up to replace pipes and as soon as they start cutting my power goes completely out, they left and took no accountability and I had to pay to fix my electric. Then the water stopped running after their work and no one answered the phone or returned my call to address it Beware and find better

Dan and his colleague came through in a big way for me today, performing excellent work installing 2 new faucets, a new shower handle, a reverse osmosis water filter, and then finding a creative solution to connect that RO system to the kitchen sink and refrigerator. I had neglected to purchase one faucet and they picked one up for me. They also made 2 trips in the heavy snow to finish the job. Not to mention, we decided on a whole house water filtration system for the next project. I'm very impressed and I will be calling on Trojan Plumbing for many more projects!

“Trojan Plumbing did an outstanding job at our home in 60652. They quickly rodded out both the tub and lavatory drain lines, supplied and installed a new Moen positemp valve to replace a leaking unit, and extended the copper riser for the shower head after the soffit was removed. They also extended the 3/4” copper pipe in the kitchen so it won’t be buried by cabinets and can be properly connected during trim out. The team was responsive, professional, and efficient, with no delays. Excellent service, clear communication, and quality workmanship — highly recommend!”

The service was great except for when it came to payment. I was at work so I spoke with the tech and said that you could pay with card. I told my wife to pay with our card but said that he had said that the card was no good and asked if she had cash. I had just spoken to him and he said that there was a charge for using a credit card and I said no problem. English is my wife's second language so she called me and said that he didn't accept the card. I was surprised and frustrated because I had just spoken to the tech about payment with a card. I don't get it.

Update from repeat customer, December 2025: I highly recommend Trojan to anyone who needs a plumber. I appreciate the great service, efficiency and fair prices. Original review: I received three estimates from vendors. I decided to use Trojan and I’m so glad I did. They were prompt, professional and thorough in their work. Initially, their estimate was not the lowest but the price was lowered after it was determined that I did not need the entire scope of work. I recommended Trojan to my mom and she used them too. Highly, highly recommended.

We have been using Trogan for over a decade. They are very skilled and professional. They go beyond and above to resolve your problems. They are always responding within a reasonable time. Keeping you up to date. No matter how crazy your question is They explained exactly what needed to be done. I will continue to use them. Very pleased with their work. Thank you guys so much.

I called them the night before. They called me back the next morning, but told me they might not be able to come out as the day was booked up. Dan came out that night and took care of a major issue. Dan also came out the very next day to handle some additional issues for me. Friendly team, from the phone rep to the plumbing team and i will be calling them more often.

Called to have my clogged sink drain jetted, was told jetting can be done however I have to wait for availability I scheduled for jetting the drain appointment, they arrived stating the company doe not perform jetting, even though they performed the jetting back in 2020. Wasted my time. I have called Roto Rotor they are coming this afternoon to jet the drain
