I called first thing in the morning after they were referred by a coworker. I Received a return call and was told that they could have somebody out To my house sometime today, whenever my schedule would allow. They were prompt professional, and courteous the entire time. They resolved the plumbing issue and were able to open my clogged drain in a very reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs

Jayce and team rescued me again! Jayce answered my text, on a Sunday even, gave me the info to temporarily fix an issue. They showed up Monday afternoon, professionally fixed the issue, and took care of another thing I asked about. Five stars doesn't seem like enough! Fast, Friendly, and Fair – Triple J is the real deal! We’ve lived near Jayce and Jody for a while, we've heard multiple people rave about Triple J Plumbing but hadn't needed to use them until we had a gas/heating emergency. Despite it being a last-minute crisis, they responded immediately and had a team at our door the next day. Keith and Alex were absolute pros—not only did they fix the issue efficiently and at a very reasonable price, but they were also incredibly sweet to our dog and our new baby. They didn’t leave until they were 100% sure everything was running perfectly. Finding fast, honest, and high-quality service is hard these days, but Triple J makes it look easy. 10/10 recommend!

I'm on the HOA Board of an older (1950s) apartment building in Cap Hill/Governor's Park area. Keith and Damarius have helped us out of a couple of recent plumbing emergencies lately. Damarius replaced a motherboard on the building's HWH after it went out and then Keith and Damarius both replaced a check valve on a recirculating pump. We may be needing to replace the pumps altogether soon and would certainly work with them for this as well. Being an older building with lead pipes throughout, these types of issues are sadly becoming more common. We've dealt with bigger companies whose trucks you see throughout Denver and were being charged much more for the same types of repairs, oftentimes with worse results. At this point, I have the utmost confidence in these guys to help with any plumbing issues we have going forward and would recommend them highly to anyone else seeking help in the Denver area. And they are able to give us a more personal approach with better communication and reasonable rates. Highly recommended!!!

This afternoon I had a new water heater installed by Triple J Plumbing and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Keith and Alex were professional, punctual and clearly knew what they were doing. Wow! Can't say enough positive things about my experience. Triple J Plumbing will be my go to plumber for future needs. After quotes from other companies I posted for a recommendation on our neighborhood Facebook page & over 10 people recommended Triple J Plumbing. I reached out to Jayce and he gave me a quote on a Saturday & installed the same week. Jayce and his crew did an excellent job installing our whole-house water softener system and connecting reverse osmosis to both our kitchen sink and refrigerator. They were knowledgeable, skilled, and maintained a clean workspace throughout the process. The installation was completed efficiently, and their pricing was very affordable. We are sooo happy to have discovered Jayce and Triple J Plumbing Colorado! Jayce is so pleasant, experienced and sincerely cares about his customers. Jayce repaired a leak on the water meter yoke. It required a special part that he was able to secure from his supplier. He was promptly at the house on Monday morning and made the repair in about 5 minutes! The cost for service was very reasonable. We are being proactive and have him scheduled to replace the sump pump (20 years) in the house after the holidays. We had a wonderful experience with Alex and Alex! Not only did they go above and beyond with their services, they took the time to explain what they were doing. As a customer, it goes a long way knowing exactly what is happening in your home and what you’re paying for. They are amazing! Shortly after reaching out about my issue through their Facebook business page, I received a call from the owner, Jace. Much to my delight, he let me know that Alex would be able to come help us within a few hours. Alex was friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. He was able to remove our hose from the stubborn spigot and explained that the issue is very common in our area due to the hard water and calcium that builds up. Gave me advice to prevent future issues. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Triple J Plumbing! Jayce answered my call right away and took the time to really understand what I needed. A couple of days later, Alex came out and replaced all my leaking stops. He even checked the stop for the new toilet I had installed—turns out it was leaking too, so he took care of that on the spot and even hooked me up with a longer hose to make the connection easier. Great communication, great effort and a job well done. Will definitely use them again in the future. No price gouging like these other jokers around here. I had estimates, for $850, $750, $550 from others, with barely even looking at the job. These guys knocked it out for $310. They are licensed and insured and care about the work not just ripping you off. Thanks Triple J, I can't remember the techs name, but a shout out to Jayce for getting it all set up for me. A+

I have used triple J service a couple times and have been impressed with everything they do. Our hot water heater went out and they were the only company willing to come out on a Sunday and replace the water heater and did it within a 48 hour phone call. Jayce and his team were professional, quick, reasonable price, and honest. Finding a service like this from any contractor these days is extremely hard. Don’t hesitate to give these guys a call.

Hands down the best plumbing service in CO! Jayce came out the same day I texted him, and arranged for an appointment a few days later. His tech arrived on time, was very conscientious about my home and being clean - he quickly solved the main issue.
