I called on a Friday afternoon for a natural gas issue and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Jay and AJ were great and solved my problem very quickly. Cost was less than I expected, which is always nice. I would highly recommend them.

During the most recent winter storm Our water heaters froze and broke causing water damage to the fist floor. Tribeca responded with a sense of urgency - they came over within hours to assess the situation and began researching our warranty. By the next morning they contacted us to confirm our order and a few hours later they were back for installation. Their team was courteous and respectful and got the job done quickly. They went above and beyond to lend us a space heater so the new water heater wouldn’t freeze overnight. We had hot water within 24 hours of reporting our issue. I would highly recommend them when you need help.

Extremely rude, unprofessional company. Do not use. If I could give zero stars I would. I called this company to request service and inquire about price. The next day, the plumber calls and states he is on his way, I ask for clarification on the price for the service call, the plumber told me the price. I then get a call from the office telling me the service I requested was a waste of their time w slight agitation and rudeness. Confused, I ask politely why the cancellation? The man from the office told me that his plumber told him I wasn't going to pay for the service call. I explained this was incorrect, I never said that and had every intention of paying. The man then got heated with me saying he "EXPLICITLY" told me the price the previous day, and hung up on me. Needless to say, no service was completed, and clearly this company is in a position to choose their business. Do your self a favor and please do not choose theirs.

I paid Tribeca Plumbing about $15,000 to replace all of my sewer and drain lines over 3.5 years ago. This was supposed to be a once-in-decades type of project. Recently my kitchen line slowed to a crawl, so I called them back. Their own master plumber ran a camera and found a 14-foot belly in the new PVC sewer line under my slab. A belly of that size means the line was installed improperly and will never drain right, in my opinion. To make matters worse, Tribeca admitted that the plumber who did the original job was an "untrustworthy" employee who was later fired for poor workmanship. Even with that admission, they refused to honor any workmanship warranty. Instead, they told me the belly was "settlement" (even though my foundation has shown zero movement) and quoted me $7,750 to fix their mistake. Bottom line: I paid top dollar for work that failed in under four years, and Tribeca Plumbing will not stand behind it. Homeowners deserve to know this before trusting them with a major job.

Unprofessional and Unprepared - Very Disappointing Experience I rarely leave negative reviews and generally try to be understanding of small businesses, but my experience with Tribeca Plumbing in Dallas was extremely frustrating and unfair. We called them for an emergency sewage backup, and they charged $225 just to come out. Upon arrival, they didn't have the proper equipment and told the tenants they'd return the next morning to complete the work. Unfortunately, the sewage continued to back up overnight, causing significant damage. The next day, they canceled the appointment shortly before they were supposed to arrive, claiming their equipment wasn't working after all -- leaving us scrambling to find another plumber while the situation worsened. Despite not fixing the problem (and the backup becoming much worse), they later billed us $475, claiming they had "cleaned up the sewage" while they were there. Because of the delay, we ultimately spent over $6,000 on professional cleanup, drywall replacement, and biohazard remediation. After months of back-and-forth through our property manager, I finally called Tribeca Plumbing directly to discuss a fair resolution. I remained calm and respectful, but the person on the phone -- identifying himself as "Richard Wayne" -- was hostile and threatening, saying it was "a crime not to pay bills in Texas" and that they'd pursue legal action if I didn't pay immediately. When I mentioned I would leave a review warning others of the way they treated their customers he accused me of trying to take advantage of them. I ultimately paid the full amount on the call so they got everything they asked for. My goal in writing this is not about the money -- it's to warn others. In my experience, Tribeca Plumbing was unprepared, unprofessional, and unwilling to take responsibility for their part in worsening an emergency situation. Truly the worst experience I have had with any plumber in Dallas. There are many fair, capable plumbing companies in Dallas. Stay clear of this one.

Chris and Ethan came over on a brutally cold Sunday morning. We thought we were about to have a pipe burst through the ceiling of our kitchen and couldn't turn off our old City of Dallas water mains. Tribeca Plumbing responded with remarkable speed, considering it must have been happening all over the city. They took a while to locate the problem, but discovered it was a cast iron drain pipe, which had a 18" crack running the length of it. This pipe was located behind the drywall of our staircase. Chris and Ethan, were extremely professional. They calmly and methodically worked through the problem and while it did involve cutting into the drywall in the ceiling as well as the stairwell, this was inevitable. They did a great job of cleaning up, and were really lovely young men. Above all else, I was expecting a much higher bill. They were here for over 3 hours, on a Sunday morning, and the bill was under $1000. In the freeze of 2021, Baker bros capped a pipe in my garage. It maybe took them 45 minutes and they charged me over $1000 for an emergency call out. I highly recommend this company and will be using them moving forward.

Called this company to fix a shower issue I had. They did fix the issue, I paid $500 but left me with another problem THAT WASNT THERE BEFORE. Instead of exemplifying good customer service, they wanted to charge me another $200 to come back out to fix the leak that was caused. I expressed to them that it wasn't fair that I had to be charged again, on top of the $500 I already paid, for a problem that they caused. We suggested that Tribeca covers half ($100). They then came back again to only offer $182, saying they agreed to go half of what they were charging. $182 is not half of $200. The technician, receptionist and owner were not on the same page and kept giving out different quotes for parts & labor. After explaining to the owner all of this, he continued to still offered me pay $182. He didn't acknowledge my experience & proceeded to believe I was wrong. I declined the offer & will not be using them again. I will also not recommend anybody to use them as they are more concerned about money than helping customers plumbing issues

Jay was simply THE BEST when I needed a plumber to do repairs while under contract on a listing in the Dallas Area. The guys at Tribeca Plumbing are responsive, knowledgeable & fairly priced. Jay was at the property within 24 hrs of my call for an estimate, and actually called me while he was UNDER the house (pier & beam) to report what needed to be done along with a rough estimate of what it would cost to fix the leak. Tribeca's estimate was 1/2 the cost of a previous estimate, for TOP KNOTCH service! Of course I told him to proceed, upon which Jay crawled out from under the house and immediately went to pickup his supplies & returned ready to perform the work. The whole process took less than a day! The property owners, the buyers & I were MORE than satisfied with the work performed by Tribeca Plumbing (and Jay) and would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work preformed in the Metroplex. I would not work with them again. They charged $995 to not fix our HVAC system and simply "diagnose" the problem. They changed the invoice 2 times when we pointed out that it was not accurate and included work not performed. Their solution: charge the same amount and just relabel the repair work not done as diagnostics. I was traveling when the invoice back and forth was going on so it took me a month to find a time to speak to the owner, Richard, about it. I had hoped he would engage in a discussion about the value of what they delivered and the fact that the changes to the invoice were suspect. He just wanted to lecture me on the value of his time. I paid Richard for his "valuable" time but I didn't get $995 of value from these guys and Richard's approach to customer service convinced me to never use them again.

Tribeca plumbing came out to repair lack of hot water from our tankless water heater, from the questions I was getting, they didn't know much about tankless heaters. Ours may have been their first electric one in a small apartment complex. They spent some time troubleshooting with the company on the phone and were unable to get the water hot. I was still charged $125 for not doing anything, they said it was trip fee which should had been disclosed prior to arriving. Their prices to install a tankless water heater onto an existing plumbing was very excessive, maybe they are used to highland park customers, so just beware, these guys are pricey !! I gave them 2 stars because they were very professional the whole time, arrived on time and sent me an invoice via email, but I would not be calling them again.

I have used Tribeca Plumbing on two occasions and have been very happy with them. On the first occasion, it was to repair two outdoor faucets that cracked during a winter freeze. They were prompt and effective, and their work was well-priced. On the second occasion, I needed three toilets repaired at a rental property. Two were running, and the third had a phantom flush. Jay did an outstanding job, was thorough and professional. He is also very knowledgeable! The repair work was reasonably priced, too. I was frustrated since another plumbing company had rebuilt two of these toilets less than six months ago. That company tried to upsell me on several things that were not needed, so I turned to Tribeca. Tribeca fixed the problem quickly and did NOT try to upsell me. I highly recommend Tribeca Plumbing!!

I called because my bathroom sink was draining slowly, and wanted to figure out why and have it fixed before it potentially leads to bigger issues. The woman on the phone told me the service call fee + the fee to have it fixed. The two young men that came to fix my sink were really nice, but ultimately weren’t able to fix it or tell me how to fix it. They did switch out a piece of PVC pipe and charged me the service call fee + fee to fix it + $50 for the piece of PVC… so again, they came and were nice but ultimately I’m out $425 and still have basically the same issue I had before they came. That being said, I’ll have to schedule a different plumber come out for the same thing :/ so let me know if anyone has any recommendations.

We had an excellent experience with Tribeca Plumbing. We called to receive advice and guidance when we became extremely concerned that another plumbing company was misdiagnosing our problem and trying to overcharge us by thousands of dollars. Richard, the owner, took the time to guide us through possible steps and provide his thoughtful expertise. He immediately sent a team to our home. Jay and Sam did an excellent job working quickly and efficiently to accurately diagnosis the plumbing issue and fix the problem. We were charged an honest and appropriate fee, and treated with great respect. We are grateful to Tribeca Plumbing for their excellent work and integrity. They will be our first call for all plumbing needs!

I live in a 50 yro highrise, which means that there are many idiosyncratic issues with plumbing, created over 50 years. We own two condos, and there is another one in the family, and, thus, we've had many plumbing repairs over the years. We also used several plumbers or plumbing companies before we found Tribeca. I found Tribeca's prices to be more than reasonable. Additionally, it's response time is the quickest I have EVER experienced, and Tribeca's plumbers have never been stumped by the weird plumbing issues in our building. I will never use anyone else, and refer all of our building issues to Tribeca, which are lot, because there are about 350 units in the building!
