Exceptional service! Kitchen and laundry drain completely stopped up on Sunday. I almost called one of the larger companies in the area that the insurance used when our basement flooded a few years ago, but I had just seen a post on Facebook recently of someone asking for recommendations. There was a majority of the responses recommending Trapmaster. So, with that info and the fact that they are located here in town, I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. Im a late riser, so I wasn't up to call until almost 11am. Said they would be out by 3pm. Arrived at 2. He did a quick inspection and grabbed his equipment. Had everything opened up and flowing good within about 30 min. Then came the bill. (No, I didn't ask for a price before hand. Im more of a you're here just get it done type. Don't have the patience or the energy to call 10 different places for estimates just to save $50.) Knowing what the insurance paid for the last guys and knowing what other friends/family have paid in the past for similar services, I had a ballpark price already in my head. I was very surprised when he gave me the total and it was less than half of what I was expecting. Response time: A+ Price: A+ Professionalism/politeness: A+ Cleaning up after/during: A+ Will definately use again if ever needed and will be recommending to all.

I called Trapmasters on a Monday morning after my laundry and kitchen sink backed up. I was hoping to get someone the same day since it was a very inconvenient situation for my elderly parent. Kenny came over in an hour and was very courteous, professional and personable. Kenny explained the issue and what he was going to do to correct it. He was cautious to keep clean while working. We did ask about another sink issue while he was there and he was able to assess the problem and let us know how he could fix it and an estimate. Kenny fixed that sink problem as well. We are very pleased and will call again if we have any plumbing problems. I highly recommend. Very grateful.

Incredibly grateful for Trapmasters who, from start to finish, were an excellent help when I really, really needed it. From the initial phone call with Dan, to Kenny coming out, all encounters were professional and courteous. Kenny and his assistant worked hard to resolve the serious problems in a way that were both economical and effective. I highly recommend Trapmasters.

These guys are awesome. Finding a good plumber can be stressful, but I’m glad I found them because they’re my go to now. They showed up early and finished everything in about an hour. They replaced the fixtures and valves on my kitchen sink, and I didn’t even have to go hunt for parts. I just explained what was going on and what kind of sink I had, and they already had what they needed on hand. The work was super clean, they really knew what they were doing, and the price was better than other plumbers I’ve used around here.

Highly recommend Trapmasters. Same day service to replace water heater. Matt was courteous and professional…..and worked fast. He did a great job (and cleaned up). 10 out of 10
