I did not have warm water. First time I used Trailblazer Plumbing. I found them very professional. Received a text technician was on his way, along with a picture. He arrived promptly. He was professional, knowledgeable. I needed to have my 2 water heaters replaced. He was able to complete same day. My technician was Dan R. He did an excellent job, was knowledgeable and respectful. Worked hard to complete his work. We had snow on the ground that day, part of his clean up was also cleaning my hardwood floors. I wouid use Trailblazers again and would request Dan R
I had to have some plumbing done and Dan M. Came in and explained everything that needed to be done. He was really helpful throughout the initial appointment. Later, when Chris and Michael came in, they were nice and finished their work promptly. Chris explained my new system in a simple and easy way. I felt incredibly comfortable having Trailblazers come into my home and take care of my plumbing needs.
The guys did a great job installing a new pvc pipe line from my house to the septic tank Extremely knowledgeable- very professional operating backhoe- minimizing damage to my tree & patio-this is my second time using them and I highly recommend them!
*** RESOLVED! *** I would definitely recommend this company again! Laura was professional, kind, respectful and understanding to my experience. She worked with me to correct these issues and insure no one would be treated this way again. This is exactly why I chose a family owned business in the first place. Things happen…correcting it is key! Thank you so much Trailblazer plumbing! GROSSLY OVERCHARGED 4 ACTUAL WORK DONE! I called Trailblazer Plumbing 8/25: 2 separate faucets dripping, a toilet wax ring replacement, water drip in ceiling, and a mystery water stain in different ceiling. Upon arrival 8/27/25, he was very annoyed and rude when asked about shoe covers worn from street up to my door. He went back to truck ranting loudly (all on camera) to replace shoe covers and return to my door all irritated. I asked what the problem was. He asked me if “I’d gotten up on the wrong side of the bed that morning?” I said no, did he? He ultimately backtracked, asked if we could start over. He worked on 2 toilets, a dripping pipe in ceiling where I’d previously cut a hole to locate leak. He advised I first contact Moen about getting ALL NEW warranty replacement parts for 3 faucets, and a shower Thermostatic Mixing Valve (because I stated we had never been able to get a cold shower. He said without question it needed replacement). I worked with Moen securing all parts needed to complete estimated work for just under $2000. 9/3/25 he returned to swap out the Shower Thermostatic Mixing Valve. He spent HOURS trying to replace the 3pc kitchen faucet. He ended up putting all old kitchen faucet parts back on the now severely dripping spout and left. (I had to shut water off every day below sink when not in use, because now parts were stripped). I contacted Moen several more times to collect extra needed parts for this job. I’ve now paid him just under $2300 for this work. 9/18/25 he returned. Removed all parts to 1st (dripping) bathroom vanity faucet, and did not even replace that faucet. Removed 2nd matching bathroom vanity faucet (which never dripped), and replaced it but not the sink drain, and also scratched the interior of this sink in 2 areas. He left after several hours. 9/30/25 he was scheduled to complete the unfinished work, appt cxld due to delays at his previous job that day. 10/20/25 he returned to FINALLY replace the 3pc dripping kitchen faucet, install the missing 3pc vanity faucet onto 1st bathroom vanity, and replace the sink drain on 2nd bathroom vanity (with the scratched sink). I then told him the shower is still unable to get cold water. He said, “well those thermostatic mixing valves are not designed to get a cold shower, only warm/hot shower temps”…? Then wth did I need to order a totally new part when the previous one was working perfectly as it should? I pointed out scratches in the sink, he said I “should go buy a pumice stone on Amazon to treat scratches myself…???” As he turned toward me to respond, I could strongly smell alcohol on his breath. He was very jittery and nervous all day. Since install 1st vanity sink still can’t hold water. This final appt alone took over 7+ hours? 10/20/25 he wasted SO MUCH time, we pulled security camera footage to view excessive trips to his truck. 10/20/25 Arrived: 11:05am Exit: 12:12pm Enter: 12:49pm Exit: 1:23pm Enter: 1:28pm Exit: 1:45pm Enter: 1:57pm Exit: 2:22pm Enter: 2:32pm Exit: 2:38pm Enter: 2:44pm Exit: 3:02pm Enter: 3:08pm Exit: 3:37pm Enter: 3:44pm Exit: 3:47pm Enter: 4:28pm Exit: 5:28pm Enter: 5:37pm Finally Departed: 5:45pm I was then presented with yet another bill which I was NEVER given ANY notice of for “work completed” on these previous appts. This add’l charge was $2705! Total charges $4999-$25cpn=$4974! I even supplied ALL NEW PARTS MYSELF! I just wanted him to leave so I reluctantly paid the bill. The next morning 10/21/25, I called the office to discuss my experience. Manager wasn’t available, left message. 10/30/25, a voicemail left from Laura said they checked with him and charges seemed accurate.
Outstanding job. New line and valve replaced. Technician Dan M came out few days after original fix to check installation out. Good thing. Found leak from main line out of house which first technician didn’t see because homeowner..me..had jury rigged an earlier cracked pipe. Was wrapped in pipe tape….leak not visible. Dan M found and repaired with all new pipes and joints. About an hour. When finished Dan would NOT bill me, even for a service call. Pretty amazing. I will recommend Trailblazer to any and all with plumbing needs.
