Townside Plumbing came out and Mike Wahl greeted me with a professional attitude and started tackling the problem right away. It was a very hard problem to diagnose but he kept methodically fixing it. He did have to go to Lowe's to get some plumbing parts to do the repair. He came back and resumed working and got the job done as quickly as it was possible.

We have enjoyed working with your company—you kept us in the loop at all times and were available within a reasonable time frame. Our technician was friendly, made us feel comfortable, and completed the installation work in a timely manner—we will definitely use your company and the same technician again. I highly recommend Townside and their technician Chase R for any repairs or installations, we actually had both with a low water pressure issue and an installation of a hot water pump. Chase was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Each time I spoke with someone on the phone, they were very nice (especially Christy, she was wonderful). Townside is the best as far as staying updated on code laws and as well as prices. Check them out and request Chase for your plumber :) He is fantastic!!!!

I used this company to install a new hot water heater and take away the old one. Took about 2 hours. Mike and his assistant, Tyler, were very courteous and professional, answering all my questions and working efficiently. I would recommend this company for any plumbing projects.
