Our technicians, Eddie and Jacob, were very polite and pleasant to deal with. We were able to communicate easily with them about our issues and what we wanted. They were able to do the repair and replacement work right away, which we appreciated. Their work was efficient and thorough. We would gladly work with them again.

Technician David Reyes was fantastic, identified the problem quickly and got to work to fix this broken pipe immediately. Great company with great service and they managed to get me on their Schedule within minutes, so kudos to their scheduling manager as well.

Murray Tower Plumbing plumbed my sink and dishwasher. It was the worst experience ever. From the moment that they walked into my home all the technician did was complain about the job being one that he could not make money on. I will never use this company again.

I took the day off to meet the Tower Plumbing tech. They called at the end of the day saying they didn't have time to come by. This is nonsense and disrespectful of a customer. I wasted a day off and did not get my sink fixed. I will never call again

Best plumbing company! My neighbor used Valley/Towers Plumbing and was really happy with them. We added them to our list plumbing companies to call to get quotes from. I’m so glad we did! Valley/Towers plumbing did not charge for a quote, they didn’t mind going in our icky crawl space and they came in at half the price of the other companies. Valley/Towers included the most details about our plumbing problems and work that needed to be done. All of their work is guaranteed! Everything was explained to us before, during and after the work was complete. Valley/Towers plumbing has the best technicians. We worked specifically with Jeremy, Nick and Kaden they are amazing! Because it was a big job we had multiple technicians from their company at our house, every one of them was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. They are very hard working folks, they arrived early and stayed late to get the job done. We highly recommend this company and I will defiantly call them in the future if I have any other plumbing issues.

Towers came out to my condo to drain the water heater. I was quoted an exorbitant amount (at least double) for the easy job and the same excessive amount in the past for snaking a kitchen drain which I had declined. I accepted their bid as I was under duress to get it done. It was drained down my washing machine drain in wall. They left and I started a load of laundry. Soon my laundry room and new floor was flooded as the technicians had neglected to replace the washing machine hose. All I asked for was to reimbursed for the Quality Service charge of 79. I received $25.65 as they used the remainder to pay for diasaster company to come and check for mold and water damage that was their fault. Took no responsibility nor gave any reimbursement for the damage and missed work and tried to blame me. Reputable...not!

If cost is not an issue, maybe this company is for you. $1300.00 for two hours of work plus a few miscellaneous parts from the truck. Yes, I approved the estimate and the work was done properly, but was shocked at the price and in a bind. I should have said No. These large companies with fleets of vehicles have a lot of overhead and mouths to feed. Item codes are used to bid a job versus the actual parts/labor is really takes. My simple P-trap repair? $150.00 -- 20 minutes of time and the plumber was already here doing other work. The next time we need a plumber, we're supporting the small independent guys.

I have now had Tower’s plumbers to my house about 10 times. Purchased new home and I am in the process of upgrading everything. Sinks, garbage disposals, dishwashers, toilets, faucets, shower trim, quarter turn valves, and even a Moen Flo smart valve. Plumbers are always on time or early and treat your property like it’s theirs. They were boot covers on your carpet and clean up nicely. They do good work and nothing they have worked on has required any further call backs for leaks or other problems. Their plumbers are great and frequently get Dallin and Taylor who do great jobs.

This service was a few years back but I guess I didn't click submit Professional, high quality work by courteous friendly plumbers. Fixed leak and replaced fixture with brand new kitchen faucet and drinking water spout. We love our new reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system! Highly recommend Tom and Hunter for your plumbing needs. Five stars! As far today, Stuart Webb was great looking an outside faucet and provided me with an estimate. For now I will off on the faucet replacement. Thanks so much for all you do Tower's Plumbing.

Towers Plumbing is honestly one of the best plumbing companies we've gone through. I appreciate the care, the attention to detail and how easy it was walking through the process. David Reyes was servicing our house today. Super kind, incredibly detailed, made sure we understood where he was working, what he was doing and how long it would take. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go here, especially if you have an old home like ours!

Kaiden from Towers Plumbing came out to give us an estimate for a gas hookup, and I’m insanely impressed with his skill set and professionalism. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood the process, and kept safety as his top priority. It’s rare to find someone who’s both technically skilled and great at communicating. I’m truly thankful for him and the Towers Plumbing team, definitely recommend!

Friendly, but WAY over priced. Had Shae come out to give me a quote on a simple issue a pressure regulator. He came out and in 2 minutes said it would be $428 to swap it out... I bought the part for $90 and swapped it out in 5 mins... There is absolutely no reason such a simple issue should cost so much. Dont waste your time with Towers, do you research and do it yourself or call someone else.

Jaxsen and Dalton came right on time and quickly assessed the situation. I had a blockage on my main sewer line and they were able to determine that it had cleared. They cleaned up the drain with their shop vac and so not need to do any further work. They did not even charge me as it was just the diagnostic and ended up being fine. Thanks valley plumbing! I will keep your card handy

Dallon was great to work with and arrived quickly. He was professional and kind as he explained well what my kitchen faucet needed. I was impressed also with the office and how kind they were listening to what I needed. I have worked with 3 technicians now since December for plumbing and HVAC and they have all been great to work with. I will continue working with Valley.
