We had both upstairs showers that really needed the valves replaced so that they would work, and work efficiently, with no leaks. Chris replaced both valves quickly and did a great job! He also let us know about other services that we might benefit from in the future for bathroom upgrades.

I recently used Total Plumbing Service for some bathroom work at my home in Melissa, Texas, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Total Plumbing answered the phone after hours and was able to offer me next day service since it was not an emergency. My serviceman Alexis Cervantez was very knowledgeable and fixed everything I needed. Very professional as well was very kind. And with that ... I very much can appreciate this kind of service. Highly recommend them.

We’ve been very satisfied with all the Total Plumbing associates! 12/21 We had a great experience with Raul & Nick, who repaired sewer line leaks in our home. They were punctual, professional, polite, and communicative throughout the repair process! 11/21 Marco and Nick arrived on time to isolate a sewer line leak that 2 other plumbers missed. While they were here, they installed three new toilets. They were professional, courteous and extremely thorough. They explained the repairs and answered all my questions. We will definitely use them again!

Excellent service. I called Total Plumbing out for just a routine checkup, maybe check a few old toilets, tell me about their club membership, look into preventative maintenance. Chris showed up and delivered exceptional service. Total Professional. Didn’t rush me. Answered all my questions. Educated me without making me feel stupid. After he gained my confidence and trust he was hired to replace laundry room sink and a day later I read his proposal to replace toilets. I notified him this morning to install new toilets Friday. He explained the difference between a total makeover vs new toilet and showed me the estimates and price points of several options. No guess work. Just no nonsense info. I became a club member and look forward to partnering with Chris and Total Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future. We have warranty company for major expenses but hesitate to use just any plumber they may send out from now on. My husband owns a property and casualty insurance business and he’s already referred a client to Total Plumbing. Based on my impression of Total Plumbing you will be the only Plumbing Company he refers clients to!!

My place of employment had Total Plumbing come out and I was impressed with the workers they sent out. We work in a quiet environment. Jubal and Bobby arrived and understood the atmosphere immediately. That is a nice surprise- to not have to explain how to behave in a professional environment. The communication was excellent. They were very respectful of the staff, office and clientele. They did a great job. The issue was resolved quickly. Great guys, would recommend!

Alexis, Trevor, Adrian, Fabian and Raul have been amazing. They did separate items in different times and each one have been very professional, respectful, willing to explain the problems we had, as well as explaining the process. I found out my water meter was running constantly and had a mystery leak somewhere. I called Total Plumbing Service and spoke with Cody who let me know they could have someone out same day to inspect. Jonathan Cortez came out later that day and was able to find were the leak was coming from. They were very professional and took care of us quickly so I would recommend them to anyone in need of a good plumbing service!

I was pleasantly surprised they were able to install the new toilet in such a short time and in my tiny bathroom. I've never called a plumber before. My dad was the family plumber, but he is 90 now, so my brother recommended these guys. They diagnosed that it wasn't the new sewer system that the city put in, but the toilet. I didn't realize just how bad the old toilet was until they installed the Kohler.

Trevor arrived at home as scheduled. Pleasant, courteous and finished the job as I expected. I thought the price was high for a simple job to replace a corroded faucet and seal a slow drip around shower head connection. Was honest and concurred the price with explanation from company chart pricing and others. With my senior discount I thought the price was still high with the issue I describe above.

I received next day service and the plumber (Jesse) arrived during the assigned time frame on that day. He explained two options to solve my plumbing problem. I chose one and he started to work to fix the problem. He was polite, professional, and promptly completed the task. I was impressed with the way my call was handled in the front office and the service provided onsite.

The guys were courteous, professional, and finish the job ahead of schedule By two or three days. We had a broken pipe that was pouring water in the front yard, and they diagnosed it and had it dug out and repaired two days after. They have not backfilled it yet, so I hope that all goes well, but these guys have done their job well as far as I can tell.
