We were having an inspection of our HVAC units, our technician was Jesse Edelman, he arrived on time, was very courteous, explained everything that he did and made recommendations on what could be done to make the units work better and last longer. Well done Jesse. On Wednesday 05-27-2026, Total Comfort came to our house to install a Moen Flo smart water shut off valve. This time the technician was Jon Soto. He was outstanding He explained the entire process to us, before starting he answered all our questions. Set everything up, including our phones with the app. Once again we’re very happy with Total Comfort and their technicians.

Excellent workmanship throughout. Tommie Diego and Paul Calvin demonstrated a high level of professionalism, ensured the work area was thoroughly cleaned, and took the time to walk me through the new equipment and its operation. I would highly recommend Total Comfort for HVAC services. I’d also like to thank Rob, Tim, Dawn, and the entire team for their coordination and efforts in making this project smooth and seamless.

Jon Soto was awesome!! Ever since our renovation , I had poor water pressure with my bathroom sink. My husband’s side great pressure. At first we thought we just needed to change the hot/cold cartridges but when we did that no water came out. Jon came to my rescue. Apparently my previous plumber totally kinked and twisted my water line. Jon replaced what was needed and like magic I have great water pressure and no leaking under my sink! Thank you so much!!!

Leaking sink drain. Total Comfort is our plumber. Harry was dispatched and after listening to what I had done to identify the problem, was able to determine we had two leaks in our kitchen/bathroom drain line. He had to open the ceiling on our lower level and determined that a 70 year old cast iron pipe was the culprit. We required a re-pipe in a tight area and he was able to complete that successfully. Because of his thoroughness, this very bad problem has been solved. Had he not investigated the entire problem and looked at all of the piping, we certainly would have had to have them back here. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness to do the job right. But that is why Total Comfort is our plumber. I’ve added photos of the completed corroded piping. Pretty scary if you ask me.

I am extremely pleased with the various jobs performed by Harry Reltsky of Total Comfort. Today, he went above and beyond when working to improve my kitchen sink. When I asked last minute if it would be possible to install a garbage disposal along with the faucet, he took the time to pick it up himself during his visit and get the job done. Harry provided me with fair price as well as explanation as to what would be most beneficial for our needs. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a patient Plumber whom goes the extra mile and has the patience of a saint. I will definitely be calling him for help in the future. Thank you!
