Joe and his crew were consummate professionals and clearly know their craft up and down. He called me the day before to introduce himself and confirm the visit, arrived promptly, and explained the jetting of our boiler system clearly. He started with pointing out and testing the safety features of our boiler (always reassuring!) and agreed to provide an itemized list of future work he suggested if and when we decide we want to take those steps. I felt absolutely no upsell pressure, though. He gets that not everything is in the budget and helps you identify what to focus on. He is dedicated to creating lasting relationships with customers rather than making a quick buck. 10 out of 10!

These people are the worst. Don’t waste your money. They’re just bad people, all of them. I paid over $13,000 for a new tankless boiler. They came, they installed it, and I wrote them a check for over $13,000. Less than a month later, when it was a very cold night—14° to be exact—the unit went down. We had no hot water and no heat. I called the company several times. They couldn’t get out to me until the next week, so finally I spoke to the owner, and he informed me that I am not in a service area—basically, not their problem. He then requested that I have an unlicensed plumber, who was a previous employee, come help me, which would absolutely void my warranty. After several phone calls and some choice words from this owner, John, I came to the conclusion that these people only took my money and did not care. They did not honor my warranty, did not care about my family, and did not care about anything but money. I had to actually call another company to come out and service the unit in order to get heat and hot water for my three children, so I had to pay again. Basically, don’t waste your time or money. They have no morals and only care about money and themselves—downright awful people with no human decency.

Toro installed a new gas fired boiler to replace an aging oil field boiler. From removal of the old unit to final testing of the new unit, Toro was excellent. Pricing is competitive, but worth extra for the peace of mind. Joe was their lead installer, and he was on top of everything and I had no worries during the installation. Will definitely be using them to follow up and do routine maintenance. Very pleased with the work and commitment to delivering a quality project.
