Torch Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling

We've used them before. They installed our water heater. Excellent job. These guys today came and fixed a problem with it. Excellent job again. Two thumbs up.

We had Torch come out and replace a shower valve assembly for one of our projects. They did a fabulous job. I’m a general contractor and they worked with me no problem. Trey was super friendly and professional, his work was done very quickly and properly. We will definitely use them again and I refer them to everyone!

I needed a whole new HVAC system which is never fun news. After several quotes, Torch was the best option. David at Torch is knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and gave best recommendations for my home - did not try to oversell me on a new system. Owen and Luis were amazing! Super professional and thorough. Knocked it out in one day, including plenum repair and duct sealing. I felt super comfortable with them, and they made sure to check in with me about the process and the work they did. 100% recommend this while team!

I don't typically write negative reviews, but hopefully, this will help the next person. Our furnace quit working, so I called Torch based on the number of positive reviews here. The tech came out and was polite and identified the problem correctly. The quote to replace the blower motor seemed way too high ($1,400) and it would be a couple of days before they could get it. I called a smaller, lesser-known heat and air company for a second opinion. They found a compatible motor right here in Owasso and installed it the same day. The total bill was $500. It pains me that I handed Torch a $99 check for the service call. This is a company I'll avoid in the future.

I had one wire replaced and was charged over $400. The unit was not cleaned or anything and he was charging an additional $600 to replace a disconnect! It took about 1/2 hour plus the assessment time! He totally took advantage of my situation! It was very disappointing! I will not recommend this company.

Torch is the best!!! I have used them over the past three years and could not ask for a better service company for my plumbing and heating/cooling needs. What makes them so special is their personnel. I have never called Torch and got an answering machine. Always, a courteous person answers the phone and I usually have one of their service personnel reach out the same day and most of the time, problem is handled the same day. I have been blessed to have met Gavin, Trey, Cougar, Dustin and Colby over the past few years. All of these have been to my house multiple times and have always been respectful to me and my property; always taking time to thoroughly explain the issues and cost for recommended course of action; always have approached the repairs thoughtful of existing structures, and mindful of any steps which could be taken to protect and prevent further issues; and most important to me is they always listened to me regarding any concerns I had. All of these reasons will keep me using Torch. And all at a reasonable cost. My most recent use of Torch was the Monday after the winter storm a few weeks ago...my hot water line froze. Their prompt attention kept my pipes from bursting which saved me from a possible costly mess! And to top it all off, Dustin (Torch's service expert) cleaned the snow off my car for me before he left. They really are the best!!!

Excellent excellent excellent! True professionals. We had our entire HVAC system replaced with Torch. These guys worked basically nonstop, from 8am to almost 9pm with less than an hour long break for lunch to make sure we had working AC — meanwhile it was 80+ degrees in our house. The crew, Bryce, Armando, and Louis, continued working without stopping and kept us informed throughout the process. We're so glad we went with Torch and couldn't say enough great things! Also, Bryce was kind enough to reach out to Lennox on our behalf to ask for any kind of financial help and they're going to send us a gift card in response to his request. We feel so grateful for this incredibly generous and personal gesture! The entire process we felt comfortable and understood each step along the way. 100% would recommend Torch to anyone looking to replace or repair their HVAC system.

I had a hard fall in the shower and ripped the all-in-one out of the shower wall. My husband had to turn the water off at the street. I called Torch Plumbing, which was on a Sunday, and Gavin came out and fixed the shower to the point that water could be turned back on. He advised that unless it was necessary to have the shower fixed that day, to wait and have them come out during the week so that we did not pay weekend rates. JD came out to finish the repairs on Tuesday. He had to work in an extremely confined space, but he was always so pleasant to deal with and answered any questions we had. It turned out to be a somewhat costly accident, but not as much as we had feared. This was the third time Torch Plumbing had been to our house, we had three different plumbers, and each of the experiences was excellent. Every contact at Torch has been excellent.

Cougar came out to fix my water heater but it was beyond repair. He told me multiple times he wont pressure me into anything. My water heater was working on and off the past couple days. I’ve also had issues with it in the past. I was over it and wanted a water heater I could rely on. He was informative and personable. He also helped me get set up with financing. JD was the person who came the next day! (They could have done the work the same day but I had to go to work). JD was amazing and updated on everything he was doing. Even though I got a larger water heater, with JDs expertise, it takes up less space! I can’t recommend Torch enough. A family run business and amazing people work behind the scenes as well (reception/ finance). I will go back to them on any plumbing/heating/cooling needs!

I had some backup issues in my mainline. Trey came to get it cleared out. He was tentative and provided feedback on my issue. My clean out that is supposed to be ground level was buried and open to the elements. I didn't have a rise to ground level but after he cleaned the blockage, we went over a quote I received a couple years back on getting my clean out risen. He helped me get that scheduled for same day and Jacob came out to get that put in. He was tenacious and had it completed in no time. They both made sure all was cleaned up after they were done. Across the board from the front office Rachel to the servicemen Trey and Jacob, top notch customer service!

Torch came highly recommended by our septic company and they did not disappoint! The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful. The day of my appointment, Ben called that morning to let me know he was on the way. I already liked him just from speaking to him on the phone. He arrived promptly and was very clean-cut and personable. He listened to my description of what was going on with the plumbing then got right to work. Throughout the process of unclogging our plumbing, Ben kept me updated, which I appreciated. When he was through, he explained everything thoroughly. Thank you for making this a great experience!

Preston and Connor (along with a few other guys here and there) did an absolutely wonderful job repiping our home!! They made sure everything was clean, done right, and worked around my crazy household of pets and people. I would completely recommend this company to anyone needing work done. They were so nice! And Trey, the guy who did my estimate 2 times really went above and beyond to be sure we got a good price and everything was done really quickly for us. I cant recommend them enough! Thank you guys for your awesome work and time to get our home back in shape!

New customer here and Torch has been really responsive to any need we had with our AC unit. They were able to schedule same day or next day service. Heiden came out yesterday to do a tune up on our AC for the summer. He ended up coming when my son had to go down for a nap but he was respectful and followed what I asked to make it work without any disruption. He checked in after the service was done and let me know everything was great. They seem to care about their customers, checking in the next day to make sure the service was completed to your satisfaction.

Update: our third time using Torch. This time we had Trey & Ben. We always have a pleasant experience. Plumbing issues aren't fun, but I always trust that our service will be done well. Reasonable price for the work that was done. Everyone is always kind and helpful. Wonderful customer service. We still highly recommend Torch! This was our second time using Torch. Mr. Urquiza was sent out again. We highly recommend their services. They are friendly, helpful, and professional.

Technician called prior to arrival with an ETA. I was provided a photo of the technician along with qualifications through text message. Trey was SUPER polite, very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything that he diagnosed and how he planned to remedy the clogged sewer drain. I was COMPLETELY satisfied from the first call from the answering service to the office calling to schedule the appointment. I will most definitely use TORCH again for my plumbing needs!
