We had Top Tec install a hot water heater, furnace and central air conditioning system in our home. Our hot water heater was out and found Top Tec in the Lake County yellow pages. They came out and assessed our hot water heater, and the next day they installed a new hot water heater. Approximately 3 weeks later we had a furnace issue and Moe came to our home on a Friday evening and did a thorough check on the furnace, which continued our journey with Top Tech. Moe was great and explained perfectly what was wrong with the fan and why it was not pulling enough air out causing the furnace to shut itself off and after an hour or so it would reboot itself and run again but never reach temperature. Moe did a quote on a replacement part and called Robert, the service manager to do a quote for a furnace. We promptly received the quotes and after looking over all quotes decided to have Robert do a total replacement quote to see all options. After a few phone calls on Saturday and Sunday with Robert, we decided to do a total furnace and central air replacement. Robert was great to work with and understood that this process is stressful for a homeowner to spend a non-budgeted large sum of money. Top Tec was here on Monday at 8 am with a crew and completed everything in about 6 hours. All of the technicians were very professional and knowledgeable and willing to explain the product and service to our understanding. The technicians that replaced our hot water heater were: Sam and Brian. The furnace and central air technicians were: Tony, Buzz, Bayra, Hero and Jim. The office staff was also very professional and possessed excellent inter-personal communication skills. Office staff included: Eli, Jennifer, and Robert, Service Manager. Eli is the first person to answer your call. Jennifer did all the warranty paperwork with the manufacturer, so we had no paperwork to fill out on our own. Jennifer did an excellent job at keeping us informed through email with all completed paperwork on all the jobs. We will continue to use Top Tec for our home needs.

Wonderful thorough job! Tony, Bayar, Jim, and Koss came to replace my full HVAC setup and from start to finish they handled everything without me having to lift a finger. They brought floor mats and even swept up around the new units when they were finished! Very highly recommend working with them everything turned out perfectly and was completely stress free!
