Kyle was punctual and very honest. He explained everything clearly and efficiently and gave me peace of mind that I knew exactly what my money was paying for. Would absolutely use him again.
We had a broken water pipe in our bathroom. Kyle came out earlier than expected the next morning to help us out. He offered to come out the night before, but I had temporarily stopped the flood and could wait. He was very professional, very helpful, polite and didn’t leave until he had the solution to fix the issue. I will keep Top Tier Plumbing in my contacts and definitely recommend them for all plumbing needs.
To give Kyle and his company a 5 star review is an understatment; If I could add more starts I would. Professional work, quick work, fair pricing, Highly recommend, 5/5
Absolutely pleased and happy with the work done by Top Tier Plumbing, Kyle, his assistant. I had them install two toilets, two sinks and a garbage disposal. I love that they are local, they are outstanding people, Very fair priced, top quality work, cleaned up and removed all packaging and old Toilets. I really liked that you can set an appointment time, which they arrived at on time every time, and not have to hang out waiting at home for a 2-3 hour time block for them to show. I guess that's the benefit of using a small, family run local business vs. much larger ones. I highly recommend Kyle and Top Tier Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!
Kyle is absolutely 100% professional, extremely knowledgeable, attentive, did not have to wait or want for anything. I would recommend this company highly, Kyle is the best and always on it.
