It said one second to check availability and send someone, then transferred me back to herself to start the process over. This happened 4 times. I purchased my property last year around this time, and from my first contact with Lucky's for backflow testing until now has been great! They are accommodating and scheduling with them is a breeze. Not only do they thoroughly communicate with their customers via email, text and/or phone call, your preference, they have great customer service as well. I was able to greet my technicians today and they were both very informative and offered solutions to properly winterize my unit and supplied me with additional business information and savings on possible future plumbing and backflow needs, which I appreciate. The other things is that they are on their game! Not only was the service quick and easy, they sent a reminder with a picture of the technician which is a great safety precaution. By the time I came back outside, they already had the paperwork filed/sent to the city and even emailed me a copy before they even left my property. Now if that isn't service, I don't know a thing!
