I can’t recommend this company enough! When we started our bathroom remodel, we needed all new shower lines installed, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. The work was clean, precise, and done with real attention to detail. On top of that, I accidentally broke my shower drain (total homeowner moment), and he fixed it quickly. He also installed new plumbing lines for our new vanity, and everything works perfectly. Cole and his team are very professional, reliable, honest, and clearly take pride in their work. Our water decided to stop running on Sunday morning during the weekend cold spell. I left a voicemail for Top Notch describing the problem. Cole came on Monday morning to assess the issue. Turns out our water line wasn't buried and was just beneath the sod. He gave us a quote for the job which we accepted. Trey and Reign came Tuesday afternoon to begin the repairs. They found more issues but our quote only slightly changed. They found out lines to the house were improperly installed when it was built. About two and a half hours later they had the job down. We will have to do some resoding when the weather is right but having water was more important. Also if you are a veteran, they will give you a discount. They rescued us after two friends spent several hours on Sunday trying to thaw what they thought might be a frozen line but we also had a defective pressure relief valve.

This is the 1st time using them. They answered the call promptly and we were scheduled the next day. Trey and Ellison work well together and got the job done. We had a natural gas line capped off so we could use electric logs safely. We're very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them.

Trey was very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all of our questions and gave us the best option for repairing the outside pipe leak. Price was great and job was done in a timely manner. We will be using Top Notch for all of our plumbing needs.
