I had a leaking sink emergency after hours, Tony was kind enough to not only make a special trip out to help me but also lend me a fan to help dry my carpets until I could fix the rest. Tony’s Plumbing in Riverview, FL, provided me with a wonderful experience. He was able to fix my water heater quickly and professionally, and I didn’t even need to use the new part that I am waiting for them to deliver through the water heater warranty company. Even better, I only paid the service fee for him to come to my home. After my home warranty denied my claim, I decided to cancel Choice Home Warranty altogether and rely on Tony directly from now on. Tony is truly a man of integrity. His honesty and kindness meant so much to me, especially as a widow navigating these things on my own. It’s rare to find someone in this field who genuinely cares and takes the time to help without trying to upsell or take advantage. I will absolutely continue using Tony’s Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs, and I’m happy to share his name with my neighbors as well. A trustworthy professional like him deserves to be recognized.

I had a minor plumbing issue, that I was reluctant to fix due to a back injury. Through my home warranty company, choice, I opted for a tech to come out. Usually, with choice you get the bottom of the barrel service. I had two appointments set, and two cancellations. The third company, was Tony's. I expected the usual disappointing service. I was surprised with the level of service, and communication from this company. Anton called to confirm the day before, and texted when on his way, and arrived well within the time window. He arrived assessed the issue, and completed the job, while remaining courteous the entire time. The most time consuming part was the back and forth required for him to deal with choice home warranty. I would not hesitate to use his service without the warranty. This is the first company that I've been happy with that choice has sent out. Recommended.

Can't say enough about Tony. I called Tony a little after normal work hours and explained my situation. He asked for pictures to see what was going on and without me saying anything he said "wait, so you don't have any water in the house right now?" I said no I don't but it's ok we can wait till tomorrow. He insisted that he will come over immediately and fix it so my family and I won't be without water. The issue was our pressure valve that broke off. He fixed it in 10 minutes or so but decided to wait about an hour in his van to test it after he let it cure for a bit. Most other people or companies would fix it, then say wait an hour and then turn on the water..good luck! Not Tony, he had the ultimate customer service, after normal business hours mind you. I will exclusively be calling him for any plumbing issues in the future!

Tony came and saved the day for us!!!! After having a plumbing service give us an over inflated quote to install a faucet, garbage disposal and hook up the dishwasher and kitchen sink after our kitchen cabinets were installed. He came and did it for a fraction of what we were quoted. He answered our call on a Sunday afternoon. Came out on Monday morning to look at the job. Returned a few hours later and did the job. I can’t express how grateful we are. He is fair, honest and showed up on time. That is rare these days. But beyond that he was a pleasure to have in our home. If you are reading this because you are looking for a plumber. Do yourself a favor and give Tony a call. You will be glad you did.

We had just moved in when our shower backed up with two inches of water. Our house had not been lived in for three years, which likely caused the problem. We called in the morning for service, and Tony came out immediately. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate the exterior main drain. A simple unclogging turned into a major job. The toilet had to be removed to unclog the system. This process took several hours. Tony provided excellent service, and his price was reasonable. Being new to the area, we were fortunate to find an honest, knowledgeable plumber in Tony. Tony will always take care of all our plumbing issues.

We were having non stop water running and flooding problems with our toilet and bathtub for a couple days, and had a temporary fix. Anton came by the next night and quick fixed the toilet, got into the tub to really fix the faucet/handle etc and as a cherry on top fixed our toilet paper holder that had come loose off the wall. Anton was extremely friendly, and walked me through the fixes afterwards. He really brought us a huge relief days before we had a bunch of family coming to stay with us for Christmas. Highly recommend Anton, and will be using this service for any other fixes we need around the house.

We have called Tony’s plumbing multiple times with our issues. He has worked on our house when one of our main waterlines were closed and got stuck. He showed up super quick, same day and has fixed the issue in no time. As well as we called him to check our food truck when our drain system has given us issues, and yet again his done a great job fixing it for us. It’s better than ever. We would 100% recommend him with any and all plumbing needs as he is always super quick responding, showing up and fixing any issues and very professional. He is the 1st we call if we are ever in trouble.

Our very own neighborhood plumber right here in Rivercrest. Fast service - 15' max from the time i placed the call to the time Tony arrived at my house for what I thought was a water pressure problem around the house. Efficient diagnosis - checked water meter, sprinkler shutoff valve, measured outdoor water pressure (A-OK) and isolated the issue to guest bathroom where he changed the aerator in the faucet (calcium build up) and replaced the damaged cartridge in the shower. All fixed within an hour with great professionalism and at a reasonable cost. I'll keep Tony's number handy.

Tony is a small business, one man plumbing company. He returned my call inquiring about service promptly. I was experiencing low water pressure in a couple bathroom sinks. He called ahead on the day of my scheduled appointment to let me know he was on the way. My issue was a quick job (Thank God), all of my sinks checked and repaired in maybe 20 mins. The repair cost was also fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend and use Tony again for any future plumbing needs.

Our garbage disposal in our kitchen had water coming out the bottom of it. Called a few companies in the area and many couldn’t come for a couple of days. Called Tony after a friends recommendation. He told me I could buy my own and provide it or he could provide it. We were going out of town so we went with his. He was at my house in 10 minutes after the call and was done in 20 minutes. Prompt, professional and cleaned up everything before leaving.

Tony was fantastic! He responded to my text right away and was able to come out same day (within an hour of reaching out). He was professional, friendly, and fixed the issue with my garbage disposal quickly. It turned out the electrical outlet safety switch had tripped, and he figured it out in no time. We had a nice conversation, and I really appreciated how efficient he was. I’ll definitely be using his services again in the future!

Tony arrived at my home on time and was very professional! He did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my toilet and fixing it in no time. I also had an issue with my bathroom faucet that was not on his list of jobs to complete. He graciously agreed to take a look at it for me. He also diagnosed and fixed that issue in no time.
