Tommy Malozi Jr Sewer, Drain, and Plumbing

Mr. Malozi and his son installed a new bathroom sink that was a bit of a challenge. He also took the time to explain the best way to maintain my shut off valves and other maintenance. He took the time to do the job right and was very fair with pricing. I have upcoming upgrade project and a powder room install and will definitely be working with him again!

I had a major problem with frozen pipes and a broken water heater. Tommy along with Jimmy and Greg got everything fixed and working again on very short notice and for a very reasonable price. Tommy also taught me a few things about maintenance to ensure things remain working well. I'm very happy to have met them. Excellent service.

Called for a quick question about my sump pump. He did not service my area but took the time to help me troubleshoot and explain some stuff to me which now of days no one does that anymore. Thank you again for the help

On a Friday night during Covid 19, I Finished taking a shower And I could not turn the water off.. turning it off would not stop the water.. Panicked stricken, I called Tommy Malozi Jr. Plumbing..I was a wreck.. He politely and calmly helped me figure out where my water turn off was in my basement. I couldn’t think! His customer service skills over the phone were outstanding. He calmed me down and assured me that we could figure this out together on the phone to stop the water.. He knew that that’s what we needed to do. As he walked me through this over the phone, I was able to find the valve and turn the water off.. Then I gave him my address and he came to my house within 15 minutes. He made the repair within an hour.. For a weekend call and my level of anxiety during these trying times, I can’t not say enough about his professionalism, timeliness, and work ethic... I will forever be grateful to Tommie Malozzi Junior Plumbing... kuddos my new plumber!!! During these trying times it was a breath of fresh air to have such a professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and kind individual to not only fix my problem but do it in such a caring humane and timely manner.. He was in and out in no time.. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, work and work ethic... kuddos!!

I called Tommy Malozi Jr. Sewer Drain and Plumbing because I had my basement sewer drain backup. I had been previously told that the line was broken by other plumbers that I won't mention. Tommy and his son came out the next day and took a look and offered me a price to clean and video the line. The price I was offered was more then reasonable compared to other local plumbers including the one I previously used and they were very straight forward and professional. Upon completion of cleaning the line and doing a video inspection, it turns out that my pipe was just severely clogged from years and years of build up since we are a family of 7. Tommy and his son literally saved me thousands of dollars and from a mild heart attack that I was sure to get from the thought of having to break up my basement floor and spend thousands of dollars. Tommy and his son have made customers for life out of my family and myself. I highly recommend using them for any and all of your plumbing needs. I can't even begin to thank them enough. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed by their service!!!

Tommy Malozi, Jimmy Malozi (and helper) are an amazing team. Don't call anyone else! Some with JAWS are sharks! I am a realtor and The Malozi team answered the phone, gave a reasonable estimate for my client which only increased for parts they were unaware that were needed due to my clients current water inlet construction. Installed pressure relief valve, installed dishwasher, repaired and reconstructed kitchen sink drain for a very reasonable cost. They are skilled, friendly, clean and professional. Tommy and his son Jimmy care about their clients! They consult, give tips, console over plumbing woes! Jimmy took the time to clean the aerator in the kitchen sink faucet too! Then when the borough of Emmaus needed a 2nd cleanout on the property to camera the line, they again came quickly, with a fair quote and handled the work. In less than a day. Amazing. I had a great reliable, honest, no nonsense plumber for at least the last 20 years. Unfortunately I learned his services were no longer available. I started my difficult search for a new plumber learning really quick that mostly all fully licensed & insured plumbers have a recorded answering service taking their calls. After several phone calls with such services I decided to give Mr. Tommy Malozi a call and I’m extremely glad I did. Guess what he answered the phone and immediately asked all the right questions, trying to attack the problem telephonically, since I’m old school I instantaneously knew I had the right man. I got that warm fuzzy and moved forward. Mr Malozi and his equally talented and professional Son Tommy quickly attacked and resolved my problems without any drama or exaggeration and in a timely manor. Awesome awesome service! These guys were more then professional and polite. Very knowledgeable with what needed to be done to fix a major clog in my main DWV. Went above and beyond to clear the massive clog. Had to move so much stuff to get where they needed and didn't complain once. Charged a very fair price way below what I expected. Came out within a couple hours of calling them. Weren't able to get it done the 1st day because not being able to access the proper trap but tried everything they could before resorting to that. Came back the next day and help move an entire bar in the basement to access the trap, then were able to clear the clog. And even after 2 visits the price was exceptional and well below what I was expecting. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone and I already have. Never calling another plumbing company again. Will use these guys everytime as long as I'm living in the Lehigh valley.

Tommy and his nephew were very gracious in helping us on a Friday night with our sewage pump in our basement. The Malozi's were the initial installers of said pump many years ago, Tommy took time out from a family celebration, patiently described how to resolve the problem over the phone and we later completed the task and of course it worked and fixed our issue. I can't tell you how helpful this was in our situation and the fact that Tommy took the time to explain the solution to us was beyond what we expected. This company was helpful, knowledgeable and, friendly during our initial install years ago and went the extra mile to help us again with an issue years later. I highly recommend them since they take care of all their customers in the same way and we truly appreciate their efforts.

I had Tommy Malozi and his some Jimmy come to my house previously for a sewer line clog - a bad one (thanks previous owners for flushing rags down the toilet).. he spent hours doing everything he could to get the clog out without access to the trap that is now buried under dirt and a wooden deck out back (thanks again, previous owners) and got it! Today he came out to fix my 100% clogged tub. The kids dropped a bubble bath soap cap down there!! He fixed my problem quickly and even helped me put on my new bathroom sink faucet while he was here. His prices are fair and his service is fast and friendly. He came within 2 hours of my call and gave a reasonable price both times. I won't call any other plumber and recommend him 100%!!!

Had a dishwasher delivered and was to be installed by Home Depot. NOPE! They said could not do the install because I needed a shut off valve. They dropped the new one in the living room and were out like bats outta hell. I called Tommy Malozi recommended by a friend. Answered first call directly, was here within an hour, the job was much harder than we thought because of my flooring. Tommy and son worked hard for 2 hours to get it installed for me right. Great service, great price even considering the extra labor they had to put into it. They gained a new customer today. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Ready to take a shower early Saturday morning and there is no hot water. I call Tom Malozi. You get a person, not an answering service! Using facetime I showed him my gas water heater. Since it wasn't leaking, he thought the pilot went out and walked me through re-igniting it. After several tries, success! I was so appreciative. He has helped me in a pinch more than once. He and his son are truly responsive, caring, and get the job done right the first time at very reasonable cost. Malozi is the only plumber I will use and I highly recommend them. You will not be sorry.

Tommy and Jimmy Malozi make plumbing fun. Not only do they joke with each other, but they joke with you. Their personality shines through and makes the whole experience a joy. Over the last 20 years, they have replaced my water heater, installed a water softener, and cleaned out my pipes when I flushed those wet wipes down the toilet. They fixed a split supply line that had frozen and removed a nail from my garbage disposal. And most recently, they rescued a pair of my prescription glasses, which quickly fell and disappeared in the toilet. I recommend them 110%!!

He asked me what we were experiencing, and gave his opinion on what he thought it could be. He came the very next morning and got right to work. He showed me everything that was going on step by step, and corrected the problem right away. I truly believe he saved my basement!
