Everyone that helped in the project from the time I called to the end were all great! They were rofessional, considerate, clean and thorough. My dogs loved the whole crew so that says a lot 😁🐕🐕 and the cats too 😹 Highly recommend if you want things done right.

We had two old leaky bathroom faucets and a water heater that needed some attention, and Chris did a fantastic job taking care of it all. They were able to send him over the very next day after we called! After going over several options, we decided to replace the bathroom faucets with new ones, and we had a thermal expansion tank added to our water heater. Everything works perfectly! Chris was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and provided wonderful customer service! ridiculous pricing and non disclosure of parts versus labor when asked I called them out to look at an issue with the water pressure regulator and every good, better , best option delivered was over 7k$ , yeah ... I had to push to get an estimate on the actual issue; they wanted 1k$ to replace the regulator - I passed and paid the 69$ service call anyway a neighbor and I got it done the next day for 1/10 of their proposal I don't mind spending the money on experts but this seemed excessive --- updating this based on the response this old house was at one time two apartments , the second valve is useless , there is no connection to the water system utilizing the second connection its disconnected at the street - we know this because we had to turn the water off at the street; it all came down to the single PRV - anyway its replaced now and we added several other bits utilizing PEX and sharkbite connectors... took less than an hour for the repair and its going to be fine for some time

Michael and Austin did a fantastic job. They were very professional and took many detailed pictures to help show me what was causing my issues. They were able to run new drain pipe for my kitchen and install my water heater in a timely manner. They stayed around to make sure everything was functioning properly and no issues remained.
