My experience with Tom Sewer Water Plumbing was absolutely top-notch. From the moment I called them for a sewer rodding job. I know I was in good hands. I highly recommend them for anyone facing sewer problems.!
Awful customer service. Did a poor job on something and never fixed the job instead asked for more money to fix a job that was never completed properly. I would never recommend them and would defer anyone to find another company. Tom needs some social skills and needs to learn how to deal with customers. His work is sub par and his attitude is awful. Do not use this company!!
I work for an apartment complex in Illinois and Digangi did all the plumbing. Keep in mind we have only been open for a little over a year. We deal with at least one leak a day. Some days, like today, there were 3 apartments one above the other that were all leaking into the one below it. We have had over a hundred toilet leaks due to incorrect installation, over 20 supply water leaks and the list goes on and on. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your plumbing issues.
