Max and Cody were very professional and knowledgeable about the service they were providing. Anytime we had a scheduled time to meet, updates were provided and they arrived within the window agreed to. Enjoyed the experience!

Fast service, fast diagnosis. Nate was able to come investigate my furnace when 6 other 24/7 companies were unavailable.

The office people were good to deal with, the field tech was very respectable and knowledgeable. Their price was INSANELY high. I had the repair done but had a plumber by later in the week that quoted the job at less than 1/4 of To the T. If you are in a pinch and they are the only option, pay the piper. If you have time to shop around, save yourself a lot of money and call some smaller companies for quotes.

This company was referred to me by a family member who said to ask for Justin or Anthony as they did a fantastic for them. I called and spoke to Sarah. She was very nice and patient. She set up an appointment on Oct 28th between 1-3pm. I specifically asked for Anthony or Justin to assist with my issue. Sarah said no problem and assured me Justin would be the plumber coming out to my home. Justin was not dispatched to my home. It was another tech by the name of Hector. Although he was 30 min late for my 1pm-3pm appt; I was given a heads up. No big deal. Hector and another HVAC person by the name of Mike showed up at 3:30pm. They told me it would be a cost of $250 to “diagnose” the hot water heater. Mind you my heater was replaced 4 years ago. The problem was diagnosed within two minutes upon removal of the two nuts on top of my water heater. They were completely clogged which explained why my water pressure was extremely low. They explained it would take an hours worth of work to fix at the cost of $459 per hour. With our hot water heater dismantled, we were asked if we wanted to go through with the repair. We felt we were being strong armed but didn’t want to go through the hassle of calling and waiting for another plumber as we would be without water and it was late in the afternoon. The bill for an hour and a half of work came to just under $800! I have yet to receive a copy of my bill which was supposed to be emailed to me that evening. Once Hector and Mike left, I went to my basement to make sure everything was in order. I was disappointed to find that a mess was left in the hot water heater space, water all over the floor in my bathroom (the water in the shower was being tested to make sure it worked) and that my toilet was used and not flushed. GROSS. In addition they turned off my furnace and forgot to turn it back on. We found out the hard way when we woke up the next morning in a house that was 59 degrees! I do not recommend this company as they didn't send out who I wanted and felt the cost for the service provided was very high. I am deeply disappointed. I had to give one star to post this review. However, I give this company ZERO stars.

(Updated review) We hired To the T for a $26k sewer replacement. While the issues have finally been resolved, the process was incredibly difficult. Initially, the work was done by unsupervised subcontractors without the required permits. After these issues were caught, the company did step up to make it right, though it required them digging up our basement a second time to satisfy City of Aurora inspectors. The Good: They eventually pulled permits, corrected issues with the grading, and had a supervisor on-site for the repairs. They also provided a 5-year parts/1-year labor warranty upon completion. The Bad: The project caused an additional two-week loss of a bathroom (significant for our home-based business and family) and required extra time off work to manage the re-do. Their warranty is significantly shorter than the 10-20 years offered by competitors, which remains a concern given the $26k investment. Summary: They will finish the job, but you should be prepared to verify permits are being pulled (if necessary) and taking the time to understand what the scope of work should entail to ensure it’s done to code. For us, this is nothing we have had to deal with before, so "does it look good" is just a matter of opinion without the knowledge of it is is or is not good. For the final inspection, we did appreciate the owners came on-site to walk us through what was done, verify the work themselves and run a new video to show everything operational as expected and help to explain how it SHOULD look, so the question of "is it good" was able to be better answered. While we do not feel it was a 5-star worthy experience overall, we are updating the review for a 3.5 to reflect that they DID resolve the issues that were brought to their attention; however, it should have been done right the 1st time.

Both the technician staff (William, Kam, and Nate) and office staff (Megan) were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They came out the next day after my call to diagnose my non-functioning furnace, and within 2 days, it was repaired. They documented and explained what they found, suggested a course of action, and provided info during the repairs. They are not the cheapest service around, but I'm very happy that I called them. I trust that my system was repaired correctly, and if any issue arises, that they will be back promptly to correct it. Furnaces and HVAC are critical systems in a house; I believe that I chose wisely to employ their services. 2026.01.02 Update We had a furnace problem again in Feb. 2025. It required ~$600 repair. It was again not the cheapest, but reasonable. What I want to comment on is that in Dec 2025, the furnace had a reoccurrence of the problem. We contacted TtheT Plumbing and they came out (Hector) and repaired it free-of-charge since it was within the 1-year period covering the repair. (The drainage plumbing needed adjusting.) I appreciate that there was no argument about it - just fixed and a handshake.

My overall experience with to the T has been less than great. First, they came late to our consult appointment due to a communication issue, fine. We cancelled our plans and let them come by still. We decided to hire them after the owner was sincere in his apologies. Day of install comes and the technicians they sent were Ron and Aspen. They did a wonderful job and stayed at my home until 7:30 pm trying to make our equipment work. It would not. We cancelled our evening plans and were told someone else could come the next morning. We cancelled those plans and then we get a call saying they would not come. This was Saturday. They did not end up coming to our home until Tuesday. They got our equipment working and we thought all was fine. Then we scheduled our duct cleaning and this time 2 different techs came. They seemingly did a great job until they broke an irreplaceable item given to me by my dad who has passed, picked it back up and put it on a shelf like they didn’t break it. They didn’t say anything, and left. I found it 4 days later and I’m very upset with my entire experience. All the other stuff was fixable, but this is not.

I scheduled a plumbing inspection for my properties and Anthony was the technician that came out. I was thoroughly impressed by how easy it was to trust his professional opinion and diagnosis. Not only was he very patient in explaining all of the new plumbing terminology to me, He even sent me a diagram and used relatable analogies so that I can completely understand the details of the problem. He was honest about the issue and the time that we should fix it by in order not to incur any further problems. He also gave me options that would mean the least amount of damage on my home. Because of this, I plan to continue to call on their expertise for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you Anthony

After attempting a diy to a leaky pipe causing damage to the ceiling in my garage with no success, I decided to contact a professional plumber. After calling 2 other companies , 1 didn't answer, and the other couldn't make it. I found To the T. Janae sent Tony Romero, who was prompt and friendly. He explained the whole process in a clear, concise, and complete manner before presenting the estimate and getting the job done in a very quick and efficient way. Although I didn't have the luxury of comparing prices, I'm very satisfied with the timeliness and workmanship.

The technician that they sent out made no attempt to diagnose or repair my hot water heater. They took the cover off, looked at it for 5 minutes, then said it could take several weeks to diagnose and they were likely not going to be able to repair it. They then presented me with an estimate of $8,300 to replace it. When I researched replacement units I discovered that they only cost around $1,200 to purchase new. I called Blue Sky Plumbing for a second opinion and they were able to come out and service it for $89.

Cody and Max were knowledgeable and fun to work with. They checked out our furnace and did an annual cleaning. They recommended a plan for annual checkup of furnace, air conditioner and plumbing which will save us money. They gave us information on a whole house air purifier system called Halo. They inspected a system we have for crawl space ventilation giving us an estimate for repairs. We appreciate all of their advice. We have used To the T before and will use them again. Highly recommend them!

The price changed for them to diagnose the issue. I paid "To the T Plumbing Heating" anyways to kindly get them to go away. The Airbnb guest said Technician never entered the home. So we called another AC company who was more reliable. They simply went inside the home to observe plastic was blocking the AC intake from the filter packaging. Causing the evaporator coils to freeze. Why did To the T plumbing quote $1,400 when the second company fixed it for $85?

Just had the most exceptional experience with Anthony, from To the T Plumbing. He solved a problem that was nothing short of baffling, drawing on impressive experience, intuition, and expertise. Unlike the other plumbers I'd brought in, he found a faulty shower installation that was creating aerious mold/health risks. And was so generous with his time! I'm in awe. This firm is now my folks for every plumbing need going forward! Yay! And Thanks!!
