To the T Plumbing are wonderful. They have been my long time local go to for any plumbing needs I've had. They have always been quick, reliable and most of all honest. They replaced a failed kitchen sink disposal for me today and my opinion of them stands. 🙂

I could never praise this company enough. I own a duplex. I put in a new sewer line. It was a complete disaster. To the T plumbing replaced the sewer line on the other side of my duplex! THEY WERE AMAZING!!!

I recently had the pleasure of using To the T for a significant plumbing issue in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From the initial phone call with a lovely woman named Karen to the completion of the job, their team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. The tech arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained the repair process in detail. He was meticulous in his work, ensuring that everything was done to the highest standards. The pricing was transparent and fair, with no hidden fees or surprises. Communication with the company was perfect. Sarah was friendly, the technician was on time, and Sarah made contact at each phase. Best customer service I have had in a long time. Why 2 stars? Price. Two outside faucets, leak when turned on, and only when turned on. Quote took 5 mins to perform (cost 59 dollars just to get a quote, which, is fine but should be noted). $1055 dollars for the repair. I nearly laughed out loud. If the repair took at an hour (quoted by the plumber) to perform, you would be valuing that plumber at $1.9 million a year in salary at that price. On top of that, there is only a 1 year warranty for parts provided. If the 1 hour of work costs this much, I expect lifetime guarantees, maybe 10 years minimum. Now, there's no way they pay him that much. Im going to be generous and assume $130K, yearly for his labor. Add in 300 for parts. I should be looking somewhere around $350 dollars. I would have paid up to 400. After all, profit is the goal, I get that. $1055 is insane. Phenomenal customer service. Ludicrus pricing expectations.

Over priced and doesn’t follow instructions

When my brand new one-month-old A/C unit stopped working, the house began warming up degree by degree. I contacted the company that installed it (they advertise a 24-hour emergency line), but they said the soonest they could send someone out was the next day around 5 p.m. With a senior dog who is sensitive to heat, waiting that long wasn't an option. I remembered a terrible July 4th weekend years ago when I endured three days without A/C. I didn't want a repeat of that experience, not even for a day. Desperate, I Googled 24/7 A/C emergency service and was delighted to see To the T Plumbing pop up. I've used their plumbing services before and always had a great experience. I rave about Kameron in that review! Nate from To the T Plumbing & Heating was an absolute lifesaver. I called them around 9 p.m., and by 10:15 p.m., Nate was at my house. He quickly discovered that a GFCI outlet had tripped, cutting power to the unit. The A/C had shut off as designed when water built up in the pan and triggered the safety switch. Nate tested several outlets and had the A/C running again in minutes! Nate, I want to personally thank you for coming out after work hours late at night, especially after what I'm sure was a long day's work. Thank you! If I could give Nate and his company a 10-star rating, I would! I always thought To the T Plumbing only handled plumbing issues, but they do so much more. Whether you need plumbing, A/C, furnace work, or any of their other services, I highly recommend this company. They are professional, kind, and truly experts in their field.

I recently had the pleasure of working with “To the T plumbing heating & air” for a complex plumbing project, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Josh was the technician assigned to replace the waste lines in our lower crawl space, and he handled the job with incredible skill and professionalism. What impressed me the most was how he managed to replace the entire waste line without the need to demolish our basement floor. This was no easy task, but Josh dismantled the old line and installed a new one using the crawl space efficiently. He completed the job within the agreed timeframe, which was greatly appreciated. The quote provided for the project was fair given its complexity, and there were no surprise costs at the end. Additionally, Josh took the time to inspect the entire plumbing system in our house and offered valuable recommendations for improvements. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing and heating needs. Their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart!

Tucker and Daniel were awesome! I can’t give this team enough praise. Both Tucker and Daniel went the extra mile to answer all my questions, explained how things work and why certain features are important. These guys are true professionals! I have had 4 members of this company come to my house for various requests and all were true professionals. This company is the best. UPDATE: Need to bring the guys out again related to inspection finding from selling my home. This time I got Toby Whitfield and Robert Costa to come service the house. I just can not tell you how awesome this team is. Once again, another pair of professionals that knew what they were doing, took the time to answer my questions and just did an outstanding job. I dont know how many times I can say this, if you are looking for a plumbing service, this is the company.

I had a plumbing emergency last week – a burst pipe that was flooding my bathroom! I called around and chose To the T and I'm so glad I did. They arrived quickly, even on a Sunday, and the plumber, and a woman named Karen, were super professional. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the repair clearly, and got to work. The repair was done efficiently, and even gave me some tips to prevent future issues. The price was fair, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend To the T for any plumbing needs! Lots of love to the tech and customer service !

Kameron, Daniel were absolutely amazing. Heat went out early in the morning and called To the T. Very personable and professional. Did their diligence in explaining what they were doing, what they did and what is recommended for future maintenance. They were aware and cautious of my young son walking around keeping the door closed behind them so he wouldn’t fall down the stairs. I have a big dog and they had great etiquette for approaching him properly - loved that they are dog people. Would recommend them and call them again for my HVAC needs!

I have used To the T Plumbing for multiple leaks, toilet replacement, and issues with our humidifier. They have always given us honest advice and competitive pricing. I’ve tried gathering quotes from other local companies and they are always significantly higher than To the T. I’ve now had experience with 3 different technicians: Daniel, Tucker, and Max. All 3 have been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This company is my go-to for plumbing and HVAC.

*updated** Had a billing issue over some disputed charges. I just talked to Mike at To the T, who promptly resolved our issue, and patiently explained what happened. So appreciative that they run a business with integrity and trust. Will be using them for any hvac issues going forward! They truly run their business like how businesses USED to be ran. Hooray for customer service! Also: an extra 5 stars for our technician, Hector, who was amazing.

They did a great job of quoting me for the installation of a new sink. Easy phone scheduling for a quote, and the guy showed up on time, was very professional, etc. I haven’t yet decided on who will do the work, however, because the quote was expensive, almost $3,000 to install a new sink, which seems high to me! I’m gathering other quotes as well to compare. Maybe it’s just that expensive for a simple double metal sink with installation?

The fee was a bit high for a quick and simple 1-hour job. I did not ask about a minimum charge, nor was the $489 fee shared with me when I was informed about the service call fee. But Hector was courteous and efficient and he completed the work to my satisfaction, even offering to look at any other needs I have while he was here. Great service but a bit pricey. Had I known the minimum charge, I would have looked elsewhere.
