Aaron was the tech that came out and put my faucet on in my backyard. He was very nice from the time I first met him when he first came out about a week ago.He was very polite, very knowledgeable of his work and explain everything down to the t or what he was going to be able to do. And he always had a smile on his face. And this is why I give him the highest rating. And the reason why I said overpriced is because it only took twenty minutes or less for him change the long piece of the faucet, and that's it.

Braxton was very helpful and very honest with us on the work that needed to be completed. We love this company and will continue use them! We highly recommend Plumbing Solutions for any of your plumbing needs. You won’t be disappointed!

Don't use this company! We had two toilets installed last year in November, we were told that we needed an offset because our toilet wasn't set correct. We agreed and the plumber left to go to Lowe's to buy the part, was gone about 2 hours. Came back installed both toilets and they were crooked. My husband adjusted them the best he could. We called the company yesterday because one of the toilets was super loose again and couldn't be tightened by my husband. They came and fixed it but charged us $385 to reset a toilet that they installed pourly in the first place. I could understand a small fee for the hour the plumber was here but $385 is absolutely ridiculous!! Will never use them again!!

Plumbing Solutions. Plumbing repair. Don't waste your money and your time with a company called Plumbing Solutions. We had a problem, was told $1300 would fix it, with a two year warranty on the work. $1300 and two visits later we have the same problem, with the addition of an unpleasant conversation with an owner/supervisor who thinks he's doing us a favor by coming out again, adding that another $435 will fix it for sure this time. Apparently the "solution" in Plumbing Solutions is to keep on charging you until they find the problem.

On October 4th 2018, Steven Brown of Plumbing Solutions came out to fix a leak in our downstairs hall caused by our upstairs tub and to fix the diverter in the upstairs tub. By cutting into the hall ceiling, he was able to tighten the joiner between the pipes, which stopped the leak. His work on the diverter, however, was unsuccessful. It had been stiff, and now it was looser, but it was not diverting. He had accomplished only part of the job. When he arrived to try again, on October 9th, he insisted that he had done the entire job and that now we needed entirely new fixtures. He replaced our classic old round metal shower-head with a square plastic one, and the diverter still didn't divert. He lowered the volume of water coming into the house with the hope that that would solve the problem. It didn't, but it did make rinsing ourselves at shower's end difficult and time-consuming. On October 16th, I wrote a negative review of Plumbing Solutions' work, but, before publishing, decided to share it with them first. I described what I wrote here and also mentioned the attitude of Steven Brown: when we questioned him, he would announce his expertise and experience; he ignored my wife's remarks and, speaking only to me while my wife was in the room with us, referred to her in the third person; he baldly claimed that our old metal shower-head had also plastic.(I guess that plastic can form rust, then.) From my complaint to Plumbing Solutions, we received an immediate response. Robert Graham, the owner, and his wife, Melissa, the office manager, called us, listened with apparent concern, and then offered to make everything right. They wrote: "We do believe this fixture is of quality. However, if you desire a different look, we can definitely change them out. Of course, labor will be of no cost. And we would refund the price of the part Steven installed. We do want you to be happy with the fixture as you will be the one looking at it every day. So we want to install a fixture that you love. "We strive for our customers to be happy with our services. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make this right." Due to vacations and holidays, it wasn't until December 27th that Robert Graham and his assistant, Jeremy, could come out to do the work. In the meantime, we had ordered high-quality metal fixtures to replace the plastic shower-head and the rest of the tub/shower fixtures. Graham, however, immediately changed the rules of what he had offered: "We will replace only the shower-head, because the rest is metal". When I pointed out that they won't match, he insisted that the agreement was only to replace the shower-head. Graham restored the water volume to the house. When I pointed out that we were told that all the fixtures in that tub were to be replaced, he demurred: "The fixtures you bought are larger and we would have to cut the tile." Then he asked me if there was anything else, and when I said, "No", they left. I wasn't sure why they had left, since they had not replaced the fixtures, as they promised. After twenty minutes, I called Robert Graham, and he stated that he would not be returning to our house to do any more work. He then began shouting at me that our business ended when we signed the invoice in October. When I pointed out that his offer to make amends was made AFTER that invoice was signed, he began shouting, "Where do YOU work? Where do YOU work?" I asked whether he was refusing to honor his commitment, and he said, "When you signed off on the work, you have your answer." After about five repetitions of that, I hung up. I realize that Plumbing Solutions will deny behaving this way on the phone and will assert, again, that their responsibility ended when I signed the receipt in October. I shouldn't have signed: We had a strong feeling that the work was inadequate, but, at that moment, we really wanted this over. When, however, I sent my review to Plumbing Solutions, they made their offer quoted above. At that time, there was nothing from them about "You signed off on the work, so we are done." On the other hand, they pushed aside that signature in their assurance to make things right. Thus, their argument now that they have fulfilled their commitment to us is as empty as their promises. They may state that the offer was not for completely replacing the shower/tub fixtures. However, we have the e-mail messages quoted above and can supply scans & screenshots as needed. They may even claim--as Graham did, in fury, over the phone--that my wife herself chose those plastic Moen fixtures. She did not. (By the way, when I pointed out that the shower-head was plastic, Graham said, "Most new cars have plastic bumpers" as if that were relevant. I don't shower in my car.) I would simply like this unprofessional work and attitude to be recorded for anyone else considering hiring this company: DON'T DO IT.

Working with them was truly the worst professional experience of my life. they may be fine for small jobs but DO NOT hire them for a large job. Main reasons: -poor workmanship -tried not to honor initial agreement -make up things to explain what they are doing (ie, they are not 1 of 3 companies in tennessee with the camera technology another review described. My family had that work completed as well about a decade ago by another company. Its pretty standard. See below for things that occurred at my house) -manipulative and aggressive when things don't go their way -if you have to work, expect to have to take off MANY MANY MANY more hours/days than is reasonable At first I thought they were good. Not fantastic, but better than most plumbers I had talked to. The initial estimate was reasonable, although they left many things off of the estimate list. I emailed back to make sure they included everything I had requested, and they said yes (in writing--make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing with them). They asked me to pay 1/3 up front and I did. They came out and did a third of the work, and then asked me to pay again, and I did. Then I tried to figure out all of the fixtures I needed to buy, and had to keep rescheduling as I tried to figure that out (on my own). Then they came out again, I thought to finish the job. Instead jeremy walked around the house pointing out things that they would charge extra for. I kept going back to the initial agreement, saying that I didn't need to pay additional. So Jeremy and Robert (the owner) came out a week later (again I thought to finish the job--which I actually clarified with the office) and Robert said that nothing would cost more, but they couldn't see what was in the ground, and if the pipe that they needed to dig out was not where they thought it was, it would cost more. Nothing had changed since the initial estimate--so they should have said that initially, but, whatever-- I agreed. And again they left, without doing any work. During this time, I mentioned to my neighbor, a retired General Contractor who has been advising me on my house renov, what was going on. He asked to come see and was disappointed by the quality of workmanship. I initially shrugged it off, knowing that people are charging crazy amounts in the Nashville mkt right now, and as long as it works, I didn't mind. They came back to finish the job. I couldn't take off more work, so my brother came to the house. They dug a little into the dirt--really just to uncover the top of the pipe (giving them VERY minimal information about the directions of the pipes), and my brother called saying it would be another $1600 or so. I told him that it should only cost more if the pipes were in an unexpected place. We went back and forth through my brother, so finally I called my friend the GC to go talk to them to see what was going on. When he got there, he was so dismayed by the shoddy workmanship (studs they had obliterated "because they were red not white like the others" (!??)), pipes that were poorly attached or in the wrong places, etc.I have pics that I can add later) that I'm not sure they even discussed the pipe in the ground. SO THEN Robert calls me and accuses me of sending out a "macho man" to intimidate his men and create an unsafe environment. Not having any clue what happened I apologized and assured him that was not the intention. We spoke again by phone a few days later. At that point he claimed that his guys had to go hide in the car and were afraid for their kids and family. He said that they had a recording of my "big guy" (retiree) threatening his men that he wasn't willing to share with me. Keep in mind my brother was also witness to all of this, so I definitely would have heard if all this had really gone down. This doesn't even begin on the manipulation that had taken place but I'm getting really tired of writing this review. I'll post pics. But do NOT put any serious project in their hands. And DO NOT leave them in your house alone--just imagine if my brother hadn't been there!!!!!!!!!!!

Unless you are a millionaire and an idiot, stay far away. TL:DR Took 8+ hours and 4 trips to install a water heater that was 2-3x overpriced and leaked and then came back to quote $5,000 for a water softener they know NOTHING about. Here are my 2 experiences. First experience was to have them come out because my old water heater was leaking and water was seeping into my house (my water heater is in the garage). So this was an emergency so I expected them to take advantage of that fact. When I make the service call for the water heater, I also asked for someone who knows about water softeners because I saw water around the water softener. Two guys came out. We decided to go with a tankless water heater to the tune of $3,500. As I said, it was an emergency so I agreed to their quote. They left to get the unit and came back to install. Over the course of 8+ HOURS - both guys went to the local Lowes to get parts 4 different times. After they left, I googled the cost of the water heater. As you can guess, the price was well over 2x the cost. Yes, I know they installed it but it certainly seems like it was a pretty huge mark up. For the second experience... One week later, they came out to look at my water softener leak. Mind you, these are the "experts" in water softeners. The two guys from Dumb and Dumber came out. They had NO CLUE as to what the problem was and their response was, "we know nothing about these builder quality softeners. Probably a leak somewhere". But they did notice that the water heater their buddies put in was leaking. They fixed that. Their solution to the water softener was to give me an estimate on a new one. Get ready.... Their estimate was $4,100 for their lower end and $5,400 for the upper end. They then asked me which one I wanted. I asked them what justified the $5000-$6500 price tag vs the $400 one at Lowes. Again, no clue. "I don't really know anything about those (pointing to mine), all we know about is this kind". He proceeded to say instead of using salt, it uses charcoal. I asked why and what the difference is and where do I buy charcoal. Do I get it in bags like the salt? He didn't know. After googling it, he said, "oh, wait, it does use salt". Then asked again if I wanted to go with option 1 or option 2. (BTW - this same system at Lowes is $600. I told him I wasn't prepared to spend $4-5 grand and I'd get back to him. He was pissed. I guess people just have $5,000 in their sock drawer - and after spending $3,500 the week before. He mumbled something and dumb and dumber left. By the way, the softener has not leaked since they came out.

I called 11/01 to set up an appointment. I spoke with Steve he was very nice and very professional. I explained to him that we needed to provide our buyers with a quote to get a leak fixed so they could give it to their underwriters. I confirmed several times if there was a cost and he told me it would be a FREE. I also let him know that I would be unavailable today so my realtor would let them in. (I don't know if they record calls but if they do, I would like the call to be pulled) Fast forward to today, they were more than 30 mins late to the appointment and this afternoon, I get an email including the quote and a service fee of $85. Shortly after that, I get a call from Deborah (who was very dry on the phone) stating "they were unable to collect the payment at the time their technician Cody came out" I explained to her I was advised by Steve that there would be no charge for the quote. Then, Cody gets on the phone (but he is polite) and I had to explain the same thing to him. I also stated had I known about the charge I would have selected another plumber because there are alot of companies that will give you a FREE quote. I then offered to pay the $85 on 11/09 which is the next time I get paid. I told him we are paying for 2 homes until this one is sold and it just wasn't in my budget this week... I said he could call me or I could call him on Friday even though I don't feel I should have to pay for this. Then the owner, ROBERT takes the phone and he is immediately RUDE to me. He kept over talking me and cutting me off. He was like "I just need your credit card number! You don't go to work not to get paid right?!? We don't either!!!" He eventually got so rude with me and I had to hang up on him 2x... Smh... To be honest, they should honor what I was told and no matter what my realtor said to Cody, I am the client and I should have been consulted before they did anything different.

If you have any plumbing issues and are looking for a company to help out, you have found the right one. It's refreshing to work with a company who cares, communicates well, does awesome work and is affordable. Sean O. came out to bid a project of blowing out and scoping our downspouts for our gutters. Long story short our builder did a terrible job and our drainage needed to be completely redone. Sean and his team were great to with from start to finish. After evaluating what needed to be done, he gave me a bid right there with options and suggestions to get the project done and I scheduled at the same time. They were back in two days to get the job going. His team evaluated, bid and COMPLETED the job before I got one of the other bids from a company in town. Sean showed me progress pictures and videos along the way. If I had a question or thought on what was going on he took the time out to review it and made sure I completely understood. I would highly recommend Sean and Plumbing Solutions for any plumbing or water related problem.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our water heater was leaking on the floor and we needed it fixed promptly. We called this company because they had good reviews. I had to leave the house to pick up my child so my boyfriend (who is not a homeowner) handled the situation for me. When the guy from the company quoted him $265 to fix an extremely small leak, he didn't know that was outrageous. I called two other companies to see what they charge for the same thing and one came back with $140 and the other came back with $150. I called the company to discuss and the lady on the phone was beyond rude. She told me that if I didn't like the price I didn't have to use them. Uh...yeah. I told her about the other quotes that I received and she was like, "oh they were lying to you." No, no they were not. She stated that she's used to people calling and complaining to try to get a lower price, so she didn't really care. Wow. There are too many other plumbing companies out there to get ripped off by this one. Find someone else.

I rarely give reviews but this company and the plumber, Isaiah, definitely deserve a review! I highly recommend this company! I had a main water line break-on a Sunday-around 4-5pm-and I called every plumbing company on my Google results. Every single company had the exact same recording for an answering service-EXCEPT this company. I called and my call was answered before the second ring-I explained my issue and was promised a plumber within the hour. It was actually less than an hour when Isaiah come. The job was such a mess and discouraging to say the least. Isaiah jumped right into the mess and the mud and worked until I had water again. He never once complained and kept such an upbeat attitude that I actually felt bad for saying so many bad words! This young man worked so hard and done such a great job! Again-i highly recommend this company and if you’re as lucky as me-you’ll have Isaiah show up and get the same wonderful results that I got!!

Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. Robert (the owner) is rude , threatening and arrogant. The technician Steven caused a lot of wall damage in my shower and living room and then lied to cover up his mistake. I asked him to leave my home since I now have significant damage on both sides of my wall. Even with pictures to back up before and after damage, I was repeatedly threatened. When I realized how bad the damage was with no apologies from either of them, I was crazy scared! I was told to stop the dramatics and pay the bill. He has threatened to arrest me, sue me, put a lien on my house and finally to come settle it in person!! Steven's tools vibrated all the products off the wall shelf causing one jar of medicinal face cream ($70 value) to be poured out everywhere! He also walked in and out of the house in the pouring rain without ever removing his (now soaked) paper booties. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Ben and Ethan from Plumbing Solutions were complete professionals from the first minute they arrived at my house. They took proper precautions to wear a mask, covered their boots with protection to not get my floors dirty, and made sure to clean up when they finished the job. They were up front and honest about the work that would need to be completed, gave me an estimate, had the necessary equipment to complete the job quickly and to standard, and were very personable and polite. In fact, it is rare to find a professional plumber that will take the time to explain "why" they need to do the work and what the root cause of the problem is. I would recommend their services to anyone in the Nashville area looking for a dependable, professional, polite plumbing solution. Also, as one reviewer mentioned, I received a call back after my initial online inquiry within 20 minutes of submission. Well done!

I set up the appt through home advisor. Needed a simple outdoor faucet repaired. They came and looked at it then called their boss to discuss it. Told me I needed to either have a different kind of faucet installed (more expensive) or move it closer to the house (also more expensive). I said I just wanted it repaired like it was. They refused because they couldn't guarantee it. What's to guarantee? It's an outdoor faucet! I told them I'd be leaving a bad review, they left. Then someone from their office called to explain why they refused to repair the faucet. He started talking about the possibility of it freezing then said something about codes. I told him that was ridiculous and he continued to try and "mansplain" about it. Then he threatened to call codes on me if I left a bad review! Guess you see how that turned out for them.
