They got out fast and took care of snaking our sewer line on short notice. We appreciated their prompt work and efficiency and will definitely call them again!
extremely nice and helpful, very efficient and fast. I would use them again for future repairs. thank you very much
I always trust Tipton's to do a professional job. I have used them for clogged drains, new faucets, a hot water heater, and today they replaced my well pump. I absolutely recommend them.
Called for help, person was rude who was on the phone with me and I just had a simple question. Could have gave me his best opinion on our situation and I would have been happy.
Never showed up and never called back. I told him I had just gotten out of ICU and needed weekend service ASAP. Avoid at all cost.
Luis Mia showed up to fix my water heater. The plumber was professional and seemed knowledgeable. He charged me $853 to drain a water heater and replace two heating elements. It was less than an hour worth of work. I called Zach Tipton to complain afterward and he did nothing but make sarcastic smart comments. He does not handle problems well and has no idea how to deal with customers. I finally got him to give me the price for the parts. It was $74 in parts according to Zach Tipton plus a $65 service call. That means they charged me $714 for labor. Avoid this overpriced unprofessional business. Update: I called the manufacturer of the water heater and all parts replaced are under warranty. Zach Tipton refuses to file a claim to the parts department so that I can get a refund because "I am a liar that goes on the internet and tells lies". He also mocked my military and police service during our 30 min phone conversation after asking me what I do for a living. Owner of the business did later call me and offer me a $100 discount off the service if I take down my review and sign a paper saying that I am satisfied but even when he is trying to be civil he can't help but make sarcastic comments, threats, and unreasonable demands.
My husband hired this company to fix our water heater. They came out for a $65 service charge and told us our total for parts and labor would be $853. At the time of service the technician said he could not provide an itemized bill and implied that most of the price was for parts. When my husband called to ask that the bill be itemized the owner was difficult and explained they charge a “flat fee” separate from the service charge. Upon deducting parts we were charged $713 over the service fee for an hour long job! In response to my husband’s questions he began belittling his military service saying that my husband surely knew what it is like to lie and steal from people because he had been in the service. I’m appalled by both the price and his opinion of veterans. This job was completed during normal weekday business hours as well.
After 10 months of paying our monthly fee for the warranty service we finally needed to use it. Our air-conditioner wouldn't start. We were told the soonest they could schedule us was 5 days out. Then they ended up cancelling that appointment due to rain. Luckily we found another company " Ideal Heating and Air" that was able to show up the same day we called. It ended up being a simple switch on the unit that flipped due to a power surge. I'm not sure why we are paying $25 a month to not get priority service calls. We switched companies. We were still obligated to fulfill our 1 year contract with Service One even though we got zero value from our warranty service that we paid over $300 in to.
Luis came to my house today to unclog the kitchen sink. He arrived on time and went right to work. Very business-like and professional. He got the problem solved in a timely manner and cleaned up nicely. Best of all, he fully closed the front door each time he went in or out. Doing that means I never had to worry about one of my cats escaping, which is a high priority for me. That level of attention-to-detail is something I greatly appreciate. All four of the job visits I've had from Tipton's have been positive and worked out great. I am a deeply satisfied Tipton's Plumbing customer.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When they offered to replace a hose bib for $845 and told them I couldn’t afford that, their next bid was $660. I told them I couldn’t afford that either. I paid $85 just for them to tell me a price and apologized for wasting their time. Somebody from their office then called me within minutes and proceeded to tell me that in the future they mark my name down as a “time waster” and I would not be given any preference in the future. I am certain that I will never call them for plumbing service again.
This place doesn't really get a star. Had to give them one to give review wich I think is wrong. My mother is 72. She had a simple fix in her shower handle. They wanted 500+ dollars to fix it. She could not afford it so they took her 65 dollars instead for the inconvenience. My little brother has no experience but was able to purchase the part needed at lowes, and only took 10 min to fix. These people are not honest. I do not recommend.
Tiptons plumbing treated me with the upmost respect! They were efficient on time and provided us with very fair pricing! Our tech Luis Mia was so very friendly and helpful! He even wiped his feet before coming in our dirty house lol! I would def recommend them to anyone experiencing a plumbing issue of any type. I will definitely be a customer again in the future if I ever need services again! Thank you tiptons!!
After diving into this company I find it interesting the owner created a separate business account to escape all the negative reviews. After experiencing the “service” this company provided. I highly recommend you look for a better company. This guy will high ball you and recommend unnecessary services just to earn an extra buck. No way to do business.
We’ve used Tipton several times now and they’re always outstanding. Easy to reach, they send someone out very quickly, and their quality is always excellent. Can’t recommend them highly enough. This time it was Luis, who’s been out before, and he was great as always. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We’ll be lifelong customers.
The plumber installed a flushing kit in my toilIet. Cost of the kit is approximately $25. he was here less than an hour and the cost was $278.30. I feel I was grossly overcharged for the service. I over reacted and withdraw my post. I should have negotiated the price when I received the quote.
