Very responsive and checked out our leaking water heater the day we called. Knowledgeable & gave us some alternatives. We elected to go with a new unit given age of our existing hot water heater & they had the new one installed the next day. Kept us informed at each step of the process.

The following review reflects my experience with a major project Tioga completed not long ago: I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic plumbing team from Tioga Contractors, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the start, the crew members were polite and responsive, always taking the time to address any questions I had along the way. They demonstrated a great deal of thoroughness in their work, ensuring everything was completed to the highest standard. What stood out to me the most was how committed they were to my satisfaction. At every step, they made sure I was happy with their progress, which I really appreciated. Supervisor Javier was particularly attentive, stopping by to personally answer any questions and offer clarification when needed. His leadership was evident in the professionalism and confidence displayed by the entire team. Overall, the crew exuded a sense of expertise and professionalism that gave me complete confidence in the work being done. It’s clear they take pride in their craft, and I would highly recommend Tioga's services to anyone in need of plumbing work.

Tioga has been servicing my home now for almost 5 years. I can rest easy knowing it's in such capable hands. They come yearly to inspect both electric and plumbing. I appreciate knowing my house is up to date. All of the technicians do such high quality service and are so polite. Thank you, Tioga! Eric came out to install new disposal todzy and found a problem under sink. He got in touch with restoration company and they are on their way to look at damage. I am so thankful for the thoroughness of Eric. It gives me peace of mind.

I requested a quote to install eight smoke detectors and lithium batteries that I was providing into existing hard-wired fixtures. They quoted $680 just to install the detectors. That is more than other companies quoted me to both provide and install the detectors. Certainly not good value for money!

We called on Monday for an appointment for them to come out and unclog drain in our bathroom. They asked which day and time would be good and we said Thursday morning. They gave us a window of 11am to 1pm. Never a call to us during this time. Called them two times and said they were on an emergency and we were next in line. And she was just going to call me. Yeah right. Never heard from them again. Called again at 4:30 and said they were still on emergency and had never tried to call us. Terrible customer service. And what do they have, one plumber? We got there name from Home Advisors. Never again. I only had one day off this week and wasted it for nothing. Still can't use bathroom.

UPDATE March 12 2026 Tioga completed yet another thorough plumbing inspection of entire home. Eric Ingle was the Master Plumber. Job was part of annual plumbing inspection. Eric did not carry a simple cartridge kit to repair leaking faucet on garden tub. He could have gone to Home Depot. No he drove away, forgot to come back. I called after a week. Tioga wants $400 to come repair a faucet. I think this was intentional. I am done. Tioga and Eric are deceitful and thieves. And they no longer do electrical work. Inspection was not as thorough as last year. I also had to call and ask for report. As I stated, I am done with Tioga. At one time competent…now struggling and outrageous. Another UPDATE Oct 9 2026 Electrical Samuel Mason Technician Arrived at house on time - kind, knowledgeable and professional. Discussed potential scope to run wiring and add external junction box to mount 120 VAC Ring floodlight camera. Provided three options and costs. Pros and cons. Will likely choose most expensive option which also requires a small amount of Sheetrock/texture repair by others. I cannot say enough good words about Sam’s professionalism and character. And as a Journeyman Electrician working towards his Master Certification, he is adequately skilled for this work. I have had numerous projects completed by Tioga - both electrical and plumbing. One seemed a tad expensive but all others fine. Professional. Reasonable costs (mostly) with good quality. UPDATE Sept 5, 2025 Had a plumber visit to replace a Delta Touch kitchen faucet due to failure. Tyler Hoyle was the Plumber dispatched by Tioga. Tyler exceeded our expectations. All aspects of the service call were excellent - Tyler was prompt, communicated well, had the requisite technical skills and tools and got the project completed. He kept us apprised throughout the job. Returned all old parts. By his own admission he holds himself to very high standards of quality and craftsmanship. And the cost remained at original proposal. I will specifically request Tyler Hoyle for future Tioga plumbing needs. Btw, we also renewed our annual plumbing & electrical inspection agreement with Tioga. ***************************************** Tioga’s electrical inspection of our home was completed March 2025. Samuel Mason was the electrician. Samuel was on time, professional and kind. He was careful around our house/property and he was effective at communicating the plans/actions before work was started but also the results. I want to thank him and Tioga for a professional timely inspection. Written report was quite comprehensive. Highly recommend Tioga. Btw, no repairs/replacement were required as a result of the inspection so I cannot speak to repairs or cost. Update (addition) is for Plumbing inspection by Tioga on same date (3/10/25) as electrical inspection review above. Jesus Magana (spelling?) was the Plumber. Much like electrical, Jesus was on time, professional and kind. Uniformed and wore booties. Plumbing inspection was very comprehensive and discovered a sagging drain line leaving our property and under the street. City of Flower Mound has already visited and ran their own drain video camera. It has been added to their list for possible repair. No other repairs or issues noted. Written plumbing report was very detailed and once again, Jesus was good at communicating. Thank you.

Updated 4/7/26 This company is honestly the best! We have used them for years and have had lots of work done. They are always so amazing. They make sure to clean up or wear chow protection and they are just the best people. We have had multiple techs/workers over the years and every single one of them are incredibly friendly and explain everything in addto doing great work. Drew recently came out to replace our bathroom faucet which was very old and had so much corrosion. The new one looks awesome and now we have a faucet that works the right way. :-) updated 2/20/2025 We have been using Tioga for the last six years. From adding a new breaker to breaker box, fixing a bathtub faucet that broke and the water wouldn't shut off, repairing two differnt kitchen sinks that fell from counter, installing new water heater just a few things over the years. The office staff is amazing and every technician that we have had does outstanding work and is very informative and friendly. In addition to the amazing work they do, they always clean up and you would never know they were there. Jesus Magana and Drew Lowe are both our most recent technicians and they are both amazing and very friendly. We are so lucky to have found Tioga and we know if we ever have any plumbing or electrical issues we can rely on Tioga to fix anything. Thank you all for all the hardwork. Tioga Plumbing was amazing from initial contact to very end. Our kitchen sink had fallen and was detaching from our granite counter tops. We called them Sunday at 5:30pm. Casey not only picked up but she actually called us back confirming someone could be out Monday to see what needed to be done. Si and Josh were here Monday morning. They looked at what needed to be done and said they could be back next day to start working on it once we approved the estimate. They both were very polite and knowledgeable. Tuesday came and they were here first thing. They fixed our sink and they cleaned up after themself. The next set was to wait 24 hours and plumber would come to hook everything back up. Nick was our plumber was also very nice and worked fast. Not wanting to leave anyone out Brenda and Amanda also called to confirm when the workers would be here before they came out and were very patient everytime I called with any questions. I wish I could give them a higher rating. They went above and beyond any custom service expectation. My sink looks amazing too. Thank you all.

***Buyer beware*** We used Tioga to redo the Sheetrock after we had our house rewired. After three days of not showing up and multiple excuses we let them start on our how. This should have been the first red flag. SY and myself walked through the house with what the expectation was. We noticed after the first day that there was a communication break down somewhere. Tho was mistake two because they sub contract out the work and don't have an in-house team like they lead me to believe. Again after talking with SY he reassured me that everything would be okay. So they continued on for the next few days and getting close to being finished and when we talked to SY about the quality of work he seemed uninterested and said he did everything he said he was. This is when I got Jerry the owner involved. He came to my house on a Monday evening and even he wasn't happy with the way it looked. At this time I was told by SY that certain work had been completed. So when the owner Jerry and SY left, I went to verify that the work had been completed that SY talked about. Guess what, the work wasn't completed. At this point I waited til the next morning and let Jerry know that I wouldn't be lied to and wanted to know what he was going to do. He said again that it was a miscommunication between SY and the third party they contract with. So Jerry said he would get SY out to fix all the issues we saw with the house. Unfortunately SY made the issues worse and the work done looks like garbage. Jerry has seen the pictures and knows I am not happy with the work. Even after the work has been completed, I have yet to hear from him to make sure we were satisfied with the work. This says a lot about the owner. I have spent close to $23,000 with this company and all they did was see the money and didn't care about the quality of work. The owner doesn't stand behind quality work and is just happy he got paid. Again beware when spending money with this company.

Stay away from Tioga!! I wish I could rate 0 starts, but unfortunately, that's not an option. Our experience with this company has been nothing short of a disaster. From their unprofessionalism to their utter incompetence, I cannot stress enough how important it is to steer clear of this place. First and foremost, their customer service is abysmal. We initially called to fix a running toilet, they were quick to schedule an appointment. However, once they received payment, their attitude shifted entirely. Suddenly, getting a hold of them became a Herculean task, with endless waiting times and unreturned calls. After NOT fixing the toilet and saying we needed to replace it entirely. First question that was asked, do we need to just replace it? We were told "no, what I'm going to do will basically make it a brand new toilet." They wanted overall $1000 and they wouldn't apply ALL of what we previously paid, only half. The tech told us the other option is full refund. We asked for a full refund. Despite our insistence, they refused to issue a full refund, offering only a partial reimbursement that barely covered their shoddy workmanship. It's abundantly clear that Tioga cares more about their pockets than ensuring customer satisfaction. Their lack of interfaith and disregard for quality service is truly appalling. Save yourself a headache and find a reputable plumbing company!

Tioga is now our family plumbers. 1- Love the intro they give for who is coming out to service. 2- Love the app where you can see how far away they are and arrival time. 3- Kaison was above and beyond expectation and above everyone I used in the past. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Communicative. Diligent. Efficiently productive. 4- not only is my plumbing working, everything that was having issues is cleared up in one clean stroke. No more drano needed. Should have done this when I first moved in 2 years ago. 5- pointed out how previous insulation work is creating a fire hazard around a very old water heater. 6- reasonably priced 7- now replacing the really old water heater which last guy said wasnt needed. Its 16 years old and just waiting for disaster in my attic. I highly recommend tioga Addition Drew came out to provide the inspection for the work done. As usual, courteous, good explanation and conversation. Diligent and timing as set up. Again, thank you Tioga plumbing.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service I received! From start to finish, this company was the definition of professionalism, expertise, and reliability. Installing a water heater is no small job, especially with mine located in our attic, but everything was handled flawlessly and with great attention to detail. They arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and made sure I felt confident about every step. The installation itself was done efficiently and with obvious skill, and they left the area as they found it. What really stood out was their friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical know-how with such excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing quality, dependable work. I had Tioga out to my house a few months back to do some plumbing. They we're great! I needed some electrical work done. They were supposed to come on Thursday to give me a bid. The tech got caught up in a job that took longer than expected so I got pushed to Friday. Friday morning came and went. I called and was told that due to on demand scheduling they would be out to see me later in the afternoon. So at almost 2 pm on Friday afternoon, I got the call that the tech was on his way. I voiced my frustration to the lady but she gave my the company line that this was on-demand scheduling and I was free to go about my day and they would gladly give me a 30-minute advanced notice. I obviously don't understand how on-demand scheduling works but I am ok with that. From my perspective, as a customer that was supposed to be helped on Thursday, I should have been helped first thing Friday morning.

Eric Ingle came on short notice for an issue with our tankless water heater. While quickly figuring out the answer to that problem he spotted another issue with two of our vent stacks going through our roof that were not well sealed and could leak. He finished up on the vents the best he could and said he'd follow up after Thanksgiving the next day. He returned as promised, very concerned about all the rain and our leaking vent seals. He did a more permanent fix and took video of our roof for me to understand the issue. Turns out our 17 year old roof has some major damage issues that need repair thanks to Eric and his initiative. Having worked with Eric twice now I understand that his normal work ethic is always above and beyond. Eric is very a professional plumber, conscientious and thorough. I trust his opinions and should we need plumbing services in the future I will be requesting Eric.

We decided to try this company after experiencing ongoing communication issues with our previous provider. Scheduling with our last company was frustrating—I would call or email to request an appointment, but never received confirmation unless I followed up multiple times. Even when they promised to call back with scheduling details, no one ever did. After repeated attempts and no response, I decided it was time to find a company that values communication and reliability. I’m very glad we made the switch. Our technician Terry Carter was excellent—he arrived on time, was professional, and very friendly throughout the entire visit. The overall experience was smooth, and most importantly, it was easy to get in touch with someone when needed. We will definitely be using this company again moving forward and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable service.

Honest and reliable company. We called Tioga to help my elderly mom sort out her complicated electricity issues. She had already hired another company to do several hundreds of dollars of work in her home; to no prevail. We were concerned that maybe another company would take advantage of her again and flew in from New York to help her get a solution. A rep from Tioga came to her house and gave us an honest and comprehensive outline of what the issue was. He also proposed solutions at different price points that would resolve her ongoing electrical issues. I can tell you confidently, Tioga is an honest and reliable company with fair pricing and reasonable assessments of electrical issues. We are so grateful for their help and glad to know we have a new relationship with an honest, safe and reliable electrician for our projects.
