I had a great experience with this company. I live over 1,800 miles away from my rental property, and they made the entire process completely stress-free for both me and my renters. They responded quickly, were very productive, and removed the broken garbage disposal without any issues. My renters also mentioned that the technicians were knowledgeable and very kind. The price was extremely fair, especially for such quick service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend them.

Beyond horrible experience. Was told Sunday they would come to restore water to kitchen. Never showed up. Said they would come Monday. Never showed up. Said they would come Tuesday. This happened Sunday to Friday, 6 days, and never fixed as promised. Tiny Plumbing repeatedly promised to come to my house and repeatedly failed to show up. Over the course of several days, I was told they were coming "later this afternoon," "wrapping up now," "on my way," "at the dump and then heading over," and that they would be there "tomorrow morning between 8–9 a.m." Each time, I rearranged my schedule and waited. Many times they simply didn't show up or stopped communicating. At one point, I had no water in my house for several days, and I repeatedly explained that this was urgent. Instead of giving an honest timeline, I was continually told they were coming soon. I spent hours waiting and sending messages asking if they were still coming. To their credit, they apologized and even offered to do part of the installation for free because they had failed to show up. Unfortunately, the same pattern continued. AND THEY STILL NEVER SHOWED UP AS PROMISED. The final appointment was another no-show after they specifically committed to being there between 8–9 a.m. I understand that emergency plumbing calls happen. What I cannot understand is repeatedly making promises that are not kept and leaving a customer without communication. If they had simply been honest about their availability, I could have hired someone else instead of wasting days waiting. If you value your time or have an urgent plumbing issue, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

UPDATE! DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! I hired him to resolve a water heater closet area piping noise. He never tested the plumbing or pipes or turned on a fixture to test the noise. He claimed I needed to replace the main water valve. He did that, including cutting open my front and back drywall, very costly. After leaving twice for long periods, he returned to complete the job. The noise did not abate, though he claimed it would. I hired another plumber and discovered HE USED PRESS PIPE WITH SOLDERING, CLAIMING TO REMOVE THE O-RINGS INSIDE. I CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRESS PIPE AND WAS INFORMED THAT IS IMPROPER & ILLEGAL & THAT IT VOIDS THE WARRANTY AND TYPICALLY LEADS TO EVENTUAL LEAKS!!! THIS WAS TO BE DRYWALLED IN ON A 2ND FLOOR CONDO & JOHN KNEW ABATING THE NOISE WAS TO ENSURE NO LEAKS OR RESTRICTIONS TO PUT THE OCCUPANTS BELOW AT RISK!!! BUT, JOHN EVEN ASKED ME TO CHECK FOR LEAKS AFTER I PAID HIM. RELUCTANT TO GIVE AN INVOICE AFTERWARDS, IT STATES "NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LEAKS"!!! JOHN HEAVILY LOBBIED FOR REVIEWS CLAIMING HE CONSIDERS THAT PART OF MY PAYMENT. GOOD LUCK GETTING JOHN'S FULL NAME OR I.D. OR THE ACTUAL LICENSED PLUMBER HE'S OPERATING UNDER! I contacted John and he claimed his work was good, that he "can't undo the work or payment as he has to pay his bills 'keeps his lights on'!" So he's willing to do illegal work in my place, effectively extorting from me so he can pay his bills! I since paid to replace all of his poorly executed work and then some! He offered to come to redo it, but only on his own immediate schedule, and that contradicts a proper job done initially, so there is no way I could trust him to return!!! JOHN'S WORK WAS ILLEGAL AND WOULD NOT PASS INSPECTION; I HAVE AN EMAIL FROM THE PRESS PIPE COMPANY. SEE HIS REVIEWS, HE UNDERCUTS HIS COMPETITION BY LOWBALLING PRICES, AND LOBBIES FOR CUSTOMER REVIEWS IN RETURN. SO, HE IS NOT WHAT HIS REVIEWS REPRESENT. YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS MAN! I CHOSE NOT TO HAVE HIM RETURN BECAUSE HE LIES, DID DANGEROUSLY IMPROPER WORK WHILE STILL CLAIMING IT WAS PROPERLY EXECUTED - BUT IT IS ACTUALLY ILLEGAL!!! ADDITIONALLY, JOHN BURNED A HOLE THROUGH MY PERMANENT AC FILTER WHILE SOLDERING! I GAVE GOOD FAITH REVIEWS BECAUSE I TRUSTED HIS LIES, SO DISREGARD THE FOLLOWING REVIEW AND THINK ABOUT OTHER SIMILAR POSITIVE REVIEWS THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN HEAVILY SOLICITED.––WARNING–– DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!! –≥ Two jobs, one day! Fantastic service from John with same day service at a handyman's rate. John brought superior materials and changed out my TMP drainage line, went through the drywall as I requested, in order to replace the line fully. Considerable amount of time and material costs included. John diagnosed a second issue as an air leak in the water supply gate valve, the main water supply valve. Budget crunched on this property, John adjusted his rates in order to meet my needs, and worked with me through resolution. At little more than material costs in labor, John stated he promised to get the issues resolved today when we initially spoke by phone, and he did just that. John left, brought in more materials, further opened the wall and removed the entire section of copper pipe with the old valve, soldering to switch it with a new ball valve. The labor was fairly elaborate, and the copper was first rate as was the work. Effectively taking on two trips and two jobs today, I can say that John is seriously dedicated to the integrity of his trade. The work would have taken at least into the latter part of the week and at 5-10 times the cost with any other licensed and insured plumber! I highly recommend John for all your plumbing needs; you can trust this man to provide superior work and materials, with an easy going personable interaction that remains professional.
