My family and I highly recommend Tidy Tank! Couldn't be happier with the service. Got a call when the technician was 30 mins out and he showed right when expected. He was very knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions about our system. Anyone who has septic knows the anxiety around keeping your system in good working order. Tidy Tank's service gave us great piece of mind and they will be the number we call for future tank dumps or if, God forbid, an issue should arrise.

This company is the best. From their customer service to their technicians. They are personable, truly interested in your problem and will try and get it fixed as soon as they possibly can. I would highly recommend them!!

Great experience. Would highly recommend. We were in the process of selling the house and as part of the sale a septic inspection was needed. Our system passed the inspection in October and then failed in March due to seasonal water. Same inspector (not Tidy Tank) both times. This company (again, not Tidy Tank) that completed the inspection was not an actual installer/servicer of septic systems but rather just an inspector used during the buying and selling of real estate. Tidy Tank came in and saved the day!!! Tidy Tank helped me identify that my system was not in need of a $23k - $30k full replacement as the original inspector deemed necessary in his report. But rather a $4k repair to get the system back up to peak operating performance. Thank you again for your thorough assessment and solution to address the problem. Refreshing when companies take the time to assess the problem and not just look for the large ticket sale. Will definitely be referring you to our friends and family!!!

I have been a customer of Ron's Tidy Tank for many years, maybe 10. NO LONGER. Regular cleanouts, repairs, service at rental properties. Always competitive always on time always helpful. This March, I needed a tank clean out, new lift station pump and new aeration pump for the Clearstream tank. Total quote $3155. The number felt high so I asked them to sharpen their pencils or I was going to have to get competitive quotes. They came back with $100 off. I laughed and said not even an even $3000? Called to get quotes. Helmer did the job for $2000. My new Septic company going forward. Apparently Ron's Tidy Tank was sold and they are a large corporate enterprise buying small companies trying to expand into other plumbing business. Good for them, but you lost this custmer and I'm sure many more in near future.

I hope everyone who comes across this review reads it fully!! I had an overfill and found Tidy tank on Google. I called on Monday and had someone out in the early afternoon to pump out my home. I had Brad come service it, and he was absolutely polite, broke down to me what could be happening and told me he can set me up with a technician to check out what's going on. I had an appointment for that day but I received a call from someone in office to let me know their technition was at an emergency and wanted to let me know they were sorry for the inconvenience. They helped set up an appointment for me for today in the afternoon . To two gentlemen Bobby and Rosie came to check out what's going on today and to check my lines. They were so kind and really explained to me what's happening. I was charged a service fee for today, but if they come out and do the work that I'm quoted for they throw that amount into the total for the quoted job as well!!I've gone through two different company's and let me tell you I have no regrets with finding and calling Tidy Tank. They are a sound company and are for their customers. I can say with confidence I am getting great service for what I'm paying for!! Quality service, offer technicians to trouble shoot issues, communicate, and answer any questions without hesitation. The past two places I've gone through they came in came out wanted money. They didn't want to discuss with us about the look of our tank, anything!!! They were just standoffish, and you do not get this with Tidy Tank!!! Give them a call and schedule a pumping, you won't regret it at all!!!

Came and drained my Greese trap, charged me $1700 for draining which is super expensive and also said that extra $1 per gallon they charged and there is no way there was 2k of water in there when had it pumped before. Couldn’t use last company since they were super busy. Basically got ripped off should of been $375-400 like other companies were charging.

Booking over the phone was super easy, both employees that we talked to were great (booking & confirmation day before). The two that showed up to do the dirty work were very professional, quick & efficient. They explained all questions we had with ease (we are new to well and septic). We will absolutely go to Tidy Tank for the rest of our septic needs!

Justin and Bobby were very professional and knowledgeable about our main septic pipe issue. They fixed the problem over a couple days and kept the worksite extremely clean, which was not easy with the inside and outside work that had to be done. We are now fully functional with water to the house and my family is happy again.

Our septic needed cleaning and the alarm fixed turned out we needed a new pump Good job fixing everything. Only reason 4 stars vs 5 is there was no emergency contact available on the weekend. Didn’t need service but a on. All person would be nice. But they are #1 in the number 2 business.

The person servicing my septic tank was very professional and informative. Did the work in a timely manner, briefed me on what he did and observed as well as provided me with estimated timing of next service. Have used Tidy Tank for over 20 years and the service is always great.

GREAT service!!! I called to schedule regular maintenance on my septic system. I DID NOT expect same day service, not to mention to have them arrive in less than 2 hrs! The guys were quick and friendly! Will definitely use these guys regularly! Thanks Tidy Tank!!

Company was on time and kept me informed of everything they were doing. Did a thorough job and I couldn’t tell the yard had been disturbed at all. The receipt was very detailed and definitely helped to keep me informed of their findings.
