Watched their truck almost kill someone driving on the wrong side of the road for almost a quarter mile to jump a line in traffic. I wouldn't want these people on my street, much less in my home. Dangerous narcissists. Avoid them like the plague.
Our hot water heater sprung a leak and so we called these guys to come out yesterday. Joe said he be here in an hour but it was 2 1/2hours before he got here to even look at the job. Then he says he will get the supplies and be back in an hour. Two hours later he's back...then it takes 6 hours for him to replace the water heater. He was here until 8:30 last night. This morning we look and there's a leak with steady drainage from one of the pipes That He Just Installed Yesterday. So now were waiting for him to even respond to the 3 calls(so far) weve made this morning . DO NOT USE THESE GUYS...THEY SUCK, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE!!
We have used them for years. We had guests coming over for Christmas in two days when our sewer line cracked. We were left with no functioning toilets. This was a few days before Christmas. They showed up found the blockage replaced the sewer line while discovering we had 2. We have used them for years since and never been disappointed. The do stock parts and know what they are doing and are very proffessional.
Needed new pipes installed, feel I was out on hold for higher paying work, poor attitudes felt as though the bald head fellow had issues with LGBT clients found a different company to go with
I woke up taken a cold shower. Not good. I called Thy Plumbing and they were out in an hour.The plumber gave 3 options. Fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I very satisfied with work.
Horrible service! They cheated my family and I encourage no one to use them. Very dishonest and horrible overall. Do not recommend - go somewhere else!
