Thorpe Sheet Metal

We had our upstairs 3 ton AC and heat unit replaced. The sales and install team were thorough and efficient and completed work in less than a day. There was a minor accident with a crack in ceiling sheetrock and it was addressed immediately and fixed flawlessly. We're very happy to have Thorpe for our AC/HEAT, plumbing, and electric needs. All crews have been responsive and dependable.

Called twice was told that someone would be coming out.No one ever did. Nor did anyone call. Called another plumber service, they came out and completed the job.

We had been trying to get a few plumbing issues fixed through our warranty company for a month and a half. They kept selecting companies that didn’t service our area and who didn’t answer phone calls. The leak in our water heater got so bad it shorted the breaker and we were without hot water for a week before finally giving up on our warranty company. We called Thorpe and they were at our house within two days. Replaced our water heater for us and got a few other plumbing problems fixed for us all within an hour and a half. Very much appreciated and recommended!

Our heat stopped working Saturday morning my husband Phil called the office & spoke to a very nice lady who took his information we had a return call from Butch Thorpe within 15-20 minutes & a technician was at our home within 30 minutes, our heat was fixed within the hour. The technician was very polite, professional and very informative, he took his time to make sure we were satisfied with everything he did to fix it. We have used no one except Thorpe Sheet Metal for all our issues! We would recommend them to everyone!
