I had an outstanding experience with Thompson Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical! From start to finish the communication was clear professional and friendly. Our service tech Dalton was fantastic. He showed up right on time diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in a way that made sense to my wife and I. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right. He fixed our issue and gave us some great tips for keeping everything running smoothly. It is great working with a locally owned company that takes pride in its work and treats customers like neighbors. Thompson Plumbing will be my go to moving forward and I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.
We went with a cheap contractor for an easy project. Thompson Plumbing came in to do a bigger project we had, ended up catching some super big safety issues from the other contractor and helped us get it all corrected! They are professional, clean and communicate clearly. Just honest good old boys that are amazing at what they do!
