Called to have my water heater repaired. After talking with Paul and finding out how old my water heater was... I decided a new water heater would be my best option. I got same day service that was fast, and professional. Jonathan the technician was courteous, professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Truly a great experience.

I've had The Water Heater Guys come to my house on 2 separate occasions and John (who was my technician at both times) did an exceptional job on expertise and recommending other options to save me money in the future. They installed a new water heater (since mine was almost at the end of life). It was done in a timely matter and John did a great job and was able to call back up to help get the old water heater out and they showed up within 5 minutes. He was very friendly and was really easy to talk to even about things outside of the work scene. I will be calling them again if I have any other issues and recommend them to any other people having issues with plumbing or water leakage problems that you may have.

The water heater guys came the morning after I called to look at my issues. Within an hour I had a brand new water heater set up with very little hassle. I am very impressed with how courteous and professional they were. Thank you Paul for getting everything set up for "Rambo" to swiftly switch out the old water heater for our brand new one. The staff are absolutely wonderful to work with, it has been a pleasure.

My water heater had sprung a leak, so I called a local plumber to take a look. They told me it needed to be replaced, which I understood, but I wish it was that simple. Unfortunately, my ancient house posed many unique challenges that basically made these plumbers clearly not want to touch it. They said the current gas lines and ventilation are no longer up to code, meaning the new heater will need to be electric. I will have to have an electrician put in a new electric circuit. Also, the hole in my floor leading to my basement was too small for a new water heater to fit into, meaning I would also have to get a carpenter to frame and cut a bigger hole. I asked them about tankless, but they dismissed the idea stating that my gas line was not strong enough. Seeing as I really didn’t want to have to hire three different trades just for an inefficient electric tanked water heater, I looked for some second opinions, which led me to The Water Heater Guys. While the job would not be easy, I was assured that a tankless was totally doable. They came out a couple weeks later, spent most of the day installing, and I now have a perfectly functional and modern tankless gas water heater in this house from 1890, against all odds, and perfectly up to code per the city inspector. It was admittedly not a fun job for them, so I sincerely appreciate them willing to accommodate me and my “special” house. I strongly recommend The Water Heater Guys for any and all water heater related issues for your home or business!

The owner Jonathan called me back within minutes of my hot water heater emergency. He was at my front door within 3 hours with all the equipment he needed to install a brand new water heater for me and my family. He was friendly and well mannered and very professional. He examined my old water heater and even showed me the problem and explained with detail what happened. He gave me an excellent price on a new water heater and had it installed within 1 hour. I won't call anyone else for any hot water needs in the future. You can tell he is a very hard worker and very dedicated to his craft. Jonathan made the stressful situation of needing a new hot water heater installed very easy! He's got to be one of the best hot water heater guys out there.

The Water Heater Guys were amazing on their service! Back story: Our tankless water heater was having issues and the company that originally installed it would not back up their product nor send someone out to fix it. Long story short I called The Water Heater guys and they assessed the situation ordered the parts and came the dayafter getting the part to install it. It took them 4 hours (which I fully understand because they had to take the whole damn thing apart) and had it fully functioning. I am greatful for their hospitality and customer service. I will be using them again and for future references!

They're quick, almost too quick. They didn't troubleshoot to see if it was actually a broken water heater. We found out after the new one was installed, that my water heater was working, and the actual problem was hot water being left on into a closed hose in my basement. (Pic) I didn't think about that. Once i flipped that off, everything worked fine. So, $1400 to switch a working water heater for a new one. Paul is very kind and professional, and personable. Credit to him for helping me troubleshoot after the fact and knocking price down $100. Guess I'd have had to get a new one eventually.

Recently had the Water Heater Guys do a hot water heater service for us due to sediment in the water that I was worried about draining out. They were able to flush the main lines and the water heater for me which gave us piece of mind. They were super accommodating and helpful. We have called them over the last few years with plumbing issues and each time they have resolved the problem and their rates for service have been more than reasonable. Paul is who I spoke with when I scheduled them to come and replace our water heater that had exploded from the side. He was very informative & walked me through what they would be doing & went over an estimate on the phone with me. I appreciate how fast they were able to come & replace our water heater. Jonathan was very nice & did a great job, he walked me through how to properly maintain/care for the water heater. Their pricing is very fair & the customer service was great. Definitely recommend!

We had a great experience with our water heater replacement. We called yesterday, spoke with Paul who walked us through the process and gave us an estimate of the costs and set us up for replacement the next day. Caleb the installer was very knowledgeable and communicated everything that needed to be done. Due to the age of our old one 15 plus years we also needed some valves replaced. Great experience all around!

I had no hot water after returning from a vacation 😞on Saturday night. I called The Water Heater Guys on Sunday morning leaving a message hoping to get something done on Monday. Better than that... Johnathan called and coached me on the phone on how to reset it. It fired up, I have hot water 🙂..and he made me an honorary plumber What's a higher rating than 5 stars? The guy was awesome. Called about a comercial water at 8pm on a Saturday with a restaurant full of people and know hot water. Have never done business with them in the past and he sat on the phone with me for over an hour diagnosing the problem and telling me what parts to order. Could have easily got me for a 500 emergency call bill but didn't. I will do 100% of my business with them!!

I recently bought a house and had a gas leak coming from water heater. They figured out water heater was 47 years old! They came out within the hour and replaced my old water heater so I would not be without hot water. They did an excellent job and it did not take long at all. I will definitely recommend them and make sure to call with any future needs
