The plumber and his assistant replaced the water heater and well tank, along with pressure switch and gauge. They were both personable and stayed focused on their task. The price was reasonable, and it was nice to take a warm shower with good pressure. I can recommend their services.

Hands down the best water heater replacement service available! Professional and skilled technicians that arrived on time. From start to finish these guys had my old 40 gallon hot water heater removed and the new 50 gallon hot water heater installed in 50 minutes; and that is with replacing the water valve, natural gas valve, and rearranging the natural gas line so it wasn’t vibrating against the vent tube coming off the hot water heater (previous setup was touching). I wouldn’t call anyone else if you’re looking to get your hot water heater replaced or upgraded.

They were able to replace our leaky water heater a week sooner than anyone else we contacted. They communicated well, came when they promised, did a very professional job, improved the power vent piping from someone else's previous installation, were very friendly and charged a fair price. Very satisfied!

First I just want to say the communication and responsiveness to our calls/texts was absolutely great. The entire team answered our questions and concerns typically within minutes. We had a water heater that was leaking and I texted on Easter Sunday. Jonathan gave me a call back that evening to talk about getting out to get it replaced. By Monday we had a new water heater. We ran into a few issues with some of our older pipes after the installation and the team was nothing but helpful and quick to come help assist in fixing it. Our technician was professional and prompt and made the entire experience a fantastic one. It’s typically never a good thing when water is leaking or heaters need replaced but they made the experience as easy as possible for us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone we know. We’ve got new pipes and a new water heater and we’re back on track! Thanks again to the entire team

Had called several places to get help with my plumbing issues, all told me the service wait was one to two weeks, one said one month. Frustrated I called The Water Heater Guys. Amazingly they came the following day. Had a toilet leak and kitchen sink leak. The old copper pipes were replaced, shut off valves put in and a new faucet for the sink. Unbelievable fantastic service and the price was so much less than I anticipated. Paul was very courteous and helped with billing. John (Rambo), did such a wonderful job with all the plumbing. Thank you both, will definitely recommend you all my friends.

We inquired around a week ago about obtaining a water softener and switching to a tankless water heater. They were able to give us a quote quickly and then got onto the installation this week. We now have a great system fully installed, all in under a week. Beside the quick service, their customer service is second to none. Very professional, they cleaned up their work space, etc.. It's hard to find quality companies like this anymore! I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to have them again for future projects.

I called and Jonathon answered right away. Communication is so great and not what we've grown accustom to. It was absolutely refreshing. He sent someone over the next business day to grab some pictures and get a quote. The next day after that they were here installing. I knew mine was a simple switch out due to other quotes I had gotten. Jonathon and his crew were efficient and friendly! They were $900 cheaper than the other quotes I got. From my initial communication with Anthony to explain my plumbing issue to Shane showing up to complete the work the very next day, the service was top notch. Shane completed the work in an efficient and tidy manner. He explained what he had repaired and gave tips for preventing the issue in the future. Shane was very professional and did terrific work. This was my first experience working with the Water Heater Guys. They will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. Do not hesitate to hire this company.

The Water Heater Guys were awesome! Our old water heater started leaking over the weekend. We called their number and they actually answered the phone - great start. We made an appointment for Monday morning to have the water heater replaced. They gave us instructions us on what to do with our old unit until the appointment. They arrived on time and explained everything. They were very polite and cleaned up after they were done. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

I talked to Paul on the phone about replacing our water heater. He was very friendly and he made everything super simple. Jonathan and Gabriel installed the new water heater and replaced the shutoff valve as it was dripping. They were both very friendly. Jonathan walked me through how to shut it off, flush it out, adjust the heat, and how to fix it if the light were to stop flashing. I appreciate how simple they made everything and how willing they were to educate me on how my new water heater works.

Very knowledgeable and responsive to my phone calls.. not everyone makes answering the phone or calling back a priority.. and some of the ones that do call back seem to be irritated about it when they are busy. My water heater replacement wasn't an emergency but he showed up when they said he would and was courteous, professional, and cleaned up after himself. No surprise fees. Would highly recommend.
