From the late night call for help, to the early next morning appointment request this company showed up without hesitation! They came early, were polite, professional, and courteous. Took the time to show and explain their work and ensure I had all questions answered. Stayed around to make sure everything was working properly and reassured that they will be available for any follow up questions or concerns. I am so happy and satisfied that I chose this company.

John Cochran and his team are wonderful! I came home from work one evening and discovered that my water heater went "kaput". After cleaning up the mess, I texted The Water Heater Company at 8:00 PM. I received a quote the same night and had a new water heater installed the very next day! I'm very satisfied and now a life long customer!!

My water heater decided to die this week. I called several contractors and The Water Heater Co technician seemed to be more knowledgeable. They came the next day and did a fabulous job. They were respectful of my property and left my place as clean as it was before they came. I would definitely recommend them.

Near Instantaneous, High Quality Electric Water Heater Installation: I phoned The Water Heater Company at 7:00 AM and, at their request, provided pictures of the 18-year-old unit that needed replacing . By 8:00 AM the Water Heater Company cane back with a reasonable price estimate covering all costs (a new unit and its installation). By 11:30 AM they were out with three trucks and a crew of three. Within hours the unit had been installed, the crew taking sufficient time after installation to insure the unit was properly heating. I paid with credit card, the price originally quoted, no surprises. The crew used drop cloths to protect the floors and cleaned up well afterwards, leaving the area cleaner than it had started. Easy, quick, recommend highly.

My old water heater dies at 6 pm on a Friday night, the night before the big Jan 26' storm coming in. I text the company per the website instructions. The owner gets right back to me, we exchange a few info texts. A great tech named Larry shows up at 7 AM the next morning, a Saturday, and completely replaces my water heater, removal of the old one and all, in about 1 hour and is gone by 8:15 AM. Super fair price, no emergency or weekend charge. Mind blowing service. Completely unexpected in 2026. Thank you, Jon and Larry!
