Isaiah was amazing. He showed up and went above and beyond to fix our clogged sink. He explained what he was doing and was clearly good at what he does. I can’t say enough good things about Isaiah and would recommend his services anytime.

Great experience with the super plumber. Ivan particularly was fantastic. New hot water tank installed quickly and with all kinds of new little pipe connectors required, didn't cost anything extra and the whole job was done in about 4-5 hours.

We had a leaky toilet. They sent someone out to "diagnose the problem". I was given 3 options as to what they could do to fix the problem. Option A: $350, B: $550 or C: 800+, they asked "which I would like". I am not a plumber, I do not know which will fix my problem. So I asked, "Well, what will fix the leak?". I was told, "I am not sure, you could start with A and if that does not work, you can try B but I will still have to charge you for A". VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked if it was simply a leaky line behind the toilet, and was told 3 times it was not. The plumber left because he did not have the part to perform "A". After he left, I noticed that he had turned off the water and left the line just dangling. Keep in mind, this was a friday and they said they would not be back until monday. Who leaves a water line open and dangling for 3 days? My mother taught me to put things back as Ifound them. Since this was my kid's bathroom, I put it back together and tightened the line behind the toilet with my thumb and index finger. It fixed the problem. No more leaks! The plumber would have been happy to charge me over 350 for something i was able to fix in 3 seconds. Yes, I should have tried this before I called a plumber, but really did not think to do so until I saw him mucking around with the toilet... Not only did they not help, but what kind of a business model gives you three price points to fix something that "may or may not fix the problem"? This was a small leak, nothing major! I am hopeful this was an islolated case. They were very apologizing when I called them and told them what happened. However, in the end I would never recommend this plumbing service to anyone ever.

Technician that showed up was friendly at first, however after quoting me some prices that I thought were extremely high and not willing to pay. He started to get all upset and ask me, "well what did you expect today? Why did you even call us than"? He was almost belittling me and bullying me into paying this ridiculous price for his services. I told him I'm not going to argue with him and asked him to leave. Contacted dispatch after he left and have not had a callback from a Supervisor for almost 5 hours? Very unprofessional.

After 49 years and after the first big rain storm I had a water backup in my basement knowing that my drainage system was very old, I called The Super Plumber and one of they technicians arrived and had a look and said someone would be there the next day which he was. I was out and he phoned to say what some options were and I asked what would the whole job cost which he told me and I told him do the complete replacement. The Technician I had was Ken Mckie and for me he is definitely Mr Machine. As well as being a nice guy, his work ethic is unbelievable and it was surprising to see how much he had done on the first day all by himself. The first day was a Friday and because it was forecast that another bad rain storm was coming on the Saturday he said he would continue working that day to get as much done before the heavy rains hit. Normally Saturday would be a day off for him but he definitely cared about my situation. He normally would have some help with a big job like this but with lots of other people having similar problems all the staff were spread pretty thin so most of the time it was just Ken. When I saw the condition of what was used for drainage when my house was built it became very obvious that the complete replacement that I had approved was a good decision. The job finished yesterday and I feel so much better knowing that I have quality and well installed drainage and should not ever have to worry about flooding or drain backups again. So, looking for a quality Plumbing/Drainage company look no further as The Super Plumber is my number 1 choice and should be yours as well. I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of my service technicians, Vasyl and Ivan! They were an absolute pleasure to work with. We recently moved into a new home and had a laundry list of repairs needed, including replacing an old toilet that was prone to clogging and causing flooding, removing and replacing a poorly installed bathtub that was leaking, replacing our hot water heater, and installing additional pipes in the laundry room to move the washer and dryer to one side and open up the space. We anticipated this investment in our home would be a headache, but we were fortunate to find this business through a friend. Since then, we've come to rely on their excellent skills and customer service. I was truly impressed with their attention to detail, transparency, communication at every step, and overall consideration in our home. They were dedicated to ensuring the area was kept clean and tidy throughout the process, and they left the space better than they found it. Even with young children running around and pets in the house, they were friendly, patient, and courteous. I felt very comfortable having them in our home. Even when they encountered issues due to the previous owner’s DIY attempts, they found ways to work around them, prevent further damage, and always checked in with us before making any adjustments. As a first-time homeowner with little knowledge of plumbing, I really appreciated that they were always open to answering my questions and clearly laying out all our options. You just don’t find this level of craftsmanship and courtesy everywhere. We will definitely be using their services for all future needs!

Had an invoice for a tub install, no demo needed. Cleared and empty space. I had a brand new tub already, inside, just beside bathroom door. I asked for a tub install and the spout to be moved up to accommodate new tub. The plumber recommended a new four way valve as the old one was aged. He said he would send and invoice for the tub and fourway valve and another invoice for just the faucet. The four-way alone was a whopping $1700. The tub and four-way invoice was $2500. I said that we didn't have the money right now for the four-way valve and to carry on with the tub. I then received a bill for $2500. When I inquired why it was $2500 for the tub alone I was told that was the tub alone. The plumber had done 4.5 hours of work from start to finish. I have called several times for an itemized invoice so I may better understand what I am paying. The company refuses and insists they don't provide itemized invoices. I have been a loyal customer for over nearly 10 years. I've had a lot of work done by them over the years and was part of their membership program. I call into question every previous invoice I've had with them. I've never dealt with a company that refuses to show the structure of a bill. Even math teachers require you to show you work. Disappointed

We have used Super Plumber twice, and the service we have received from Ian White is second to none. The first time, we had an emergency situation with a bathroom leak. He was prompt, courteous, and made a stressful experience nothing more than a blip in our day with his professional attitude and superior work. The second time, we needed a plumbed in fridge line removed. While accessing the water shut off, Ian noticed that our hot water tank was four years older than our home sellers had advised and desperately needed to be replaced. This was something we had been planning on doing in the next year or so. Ian was not only able to do this for us immediately, but he worked out the most cost effective way to get all the work done for us, and then did so with a smile. It really is the small things in business that make a difference, and when Ian left, I noticed that he had not only taken care of the requested work, but had taken the pot collecting drips from below the fridge water line, dumped it out, and put it by the sink for us to deal with. Talk about leaving your worksite better than when you got there! We are delighted with his service and will be recommending The Super Plumber (and Ian specifically) to all our friends!

I had a problem with my toilet. It was leaking, and running constantly. I called and left a message on Sunday afternoon and they called me back Sunday evening. We scheduled an appointment for Monday. Aaron Knudsen came out, investigated my situation thoroughly and provided me three different options for service. I needed to have the toilet shut off valve replaced, and either the entire toilet or the wax ring replaced. I decided to go with the toilet replacement as my toilet was quite old (1970s). He had to go get parts, gave me an estimate of his return time. He came back on time and did the work professionally and quite quickly. Whole the cost of work through the Super Plumber is a little bit more, you are always guaranteed to have a good professional plumber arrive on time, and do the work right, the first time. Its guaranteed with a warranty. Highly recommend. I've used other plumbers who were cheaper and had to pay twice to fix the same thing, and have it not be up to code. Super plumber is one and done. Save yourself time and effort. Get it done right.

We highly recommend The Super Plumber and the super duper plumber Ken M that came and helped us out! We called on a Sunday and immediately got connected with a very friendly representative (maybe Mel?) who gathered our information and scheduled us in for an appointment for the next day, the representative was apologetic that there were no more same-day appointments, but we were very thankful that there was availability the next day, we weren’t even expecting that quick of a turn around. We were given a window of time between 8am and noon when the plumber would come, Ken contacted us to let us know he was on his way, and was there at our place by 8:30am. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very happy to answer our questions, he went above and beyond, was honest, and addressed our plumbing issue (a slow/clogged drain in one of our showers) efficiently and effectively. We were very happy with the service and feel comforted to know that The Super Plumber is there for our plumbing needs, especially those time sensitive scenarios. Thank you!

Tech Ian White from Super Plumber performed a great job. Came in to fix a leak in the shower wall, which he did efficiently and effectively. He explained everything he was going to do, and why, and gave a clear quotation. He then checked the hot water tank which has had a long-standing issue. He explained how he would try to fix it and went ahead. He found the replacement part would not solve the leak -- too much rust in this fairly-new tank, and gave a break on the cost of replacement because he was already there. He did the work to use the existing tank warranty, reducing the cost still further. He then threw in a new expansion tank for free "to make sure the whole job was done right." All through the job he was clean , courteous and friendly -- and clear and useful in his explanations of the plumbing work he was doing.

We are landlords living in Vancouver, we own a house in Victoria that is tenanted and the hot water tank died late Friday afternoon. The service we received from the Super Plumbers was amazing, from the first call with the dispatch to the last call with Ian the plumber, they were fantastic. Answered all our questions, responded super fast and had the tank replaced in no time! Ian was friendly, worked hard, and provided us with lots of options and an honest recommendation. Even our tenants said he was great and they are super grateful this was resolved so fast which makes us look like super landlords! We encountered a toilet leak issue, so we contacted a skilled plumber named Brodie from super plumber. He kindly provided us with quotes for both repair and replacement options. Brodie also inquired if there were any other non-emergency issues he could assist with, such as leaking faucets. In addition to the toilet replacement, he installed a new faucet for our bathroom sink, repaired the shower faucet cartridge, and flushed the water heater. Brodie's professionalism and the quality of his work were outstanding, and everything remained within our budget. I recently had Super Plumber install a kitchen sink and faucet that I supplied on my own. I was charged over $1000.00 for the installation and less then 2 feet of pipes, it took less then 2 hours of work so I don't understand how my bill ended up being over $1000.00. I reached out to a different company later on and they gave me a quote that was for the exact same job and it was around $400.00. I paid for it on the spot because I didn't want to put the worker in a position but defiantly not happy with the pricing! My invoice was very vague an didn't explain any charges. The worker was awesome, very nice and was fast at the installation.
