The Sewer Surgeon

Excellent service! The technician arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed our clogged drain issue. He used a camera to inspect the sewer line and found tree roots causing the blockage. Within a few hours, our pipes were clear and flowing smoothly again. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

I rarely leave reviews, but Nick & his team are exceptional. I had a small gas leak in my laundry room & an old shut off valve that needed to be replaced, so I decided to call TSS. Nick first went through safety protocals & then immediately scheduled us for a same day visit. Sergio arrived within 4 hours of my call and was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions, explained everything he was doing & even made sure to clean up after the repairs. A+ customer service, great work and a very reasonable price. After years of having backed up showers and sinks and repeatedly snaking our old main clay line, my family and I finally decided it was time to finally address the problem and replace our main sewer line. Our old plumber we used for years seemed to no longer be in business so a friend of ours gave us the recommendation and we decided to give the sewer surgeon a call. They sent a technician our right away. Andrew arrived and was extremely friendly and very professional! Diagnosing our issue, we had already known from past experience, and years of snaking out the roots from our broken line what we were facing, but Andrew was very thorough and was able to show us in real time exactly where our issues were through his camera and what our options were. He promised he could clear the line by snaking it, but eventually he’d be back to do it again. Based off his quote and the trust we had in him, my family and I decided it was time. Him and his crew replaced our old broken clay line with ABS, and had the entire project finished quicker than we imagined! These guys truly be at our expectations from their plumbing, to the concrete they had to replace! I couldn’t say better words about the sewer surgeon and our experience with Andrew and his team.
