I am so incredibly happy that I found Smooth Plumbing! They are always able to schedule you without delay, and should you have any questions, their communication is quick - even at 9 PM. The technicians are highly trained, very knowledgeable, communicative and downright nice! The first job I booked, I was sent a bio for my technician, as well as a tracking map to know when he would arrive at my house. Pricing is fair and upfront and you are always given at least three options to choose from as far as the work that could/will be done and what it costs. I had two toilets replaced by Smooth recently, and thank goodness the technician was knowledgeable enough to know my issues were most likely stemming from high pressure in my home (THANKS TJ!). Being as it was time to replace my hot water heater, I did so today and also had a gauge installed that will even out high water pressure when it happens. Talk about fast, he did it all by himself within two hours. Thank you Smooth Plumbing, I have not felt lied to nor taken advantage of. As of this point, I do not believe I will go anywhere else when I need service!

After my initial contact, they got me scheduled very quickly. They completed the job in a good amount of time and it was very reasonably priced. They explained the work done and gave appropriate suggestions for possible future work with definite care and not pressure. They were professional, courteous, and very friendly. Will definitely work with them again and will recommend to friends.

I reached out to multiple plumbers via Yelp with a simple request for an estimate for a specific and straightforward project: Disconnecting and reconnecting plumbing and gas lines for a new kitchen countertop install. I received multiple responses, but only Steve from Nova Home responded with the requested estimate. I was somewhat hesitant to follow through due to the low number of reviews compared to other providers, but since they were all positive I decided to follow up. I later learned that Steve's business is fairly new, which explained the lack of reviews. But my experience with Steve from start to finish was excellent. I found him to be very responsive and accommodating, in addition to doing top-notch work. He also identified some other issues with our plumbing which we were able to address before they turned into problems down the line. I rvery much ecommend Steve/Nova Home for your plumbing concerns.

I really appreciate Steve fitting me in to his schedule on a very cold Saturday afternoon. He stayed late and fixed the water issues - low flow and sewer line with roots growing in it. Plumbing is one of those jobs where you really need someone you can trust and who will do a good job every time. That's Steve. He's dependable, friendly, professional, and explains things so you can understand what needs done and why. He is great with questions and is really helpful in deciding which things are priorities, and if you need it to wait, which things can wait and for how long. I highly recommend Steve!

Absolutely delighted with the service from Two Irish Plumbers! They arrived precisely when they said they would, and wasted no time getting to work. Their professionalism was evident as they quickly and efficiently tackled the plumbing issue, explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand. Not only did they fix the immediate problem, but they also took the time to clearly explain how I could prevent similar issues in the future, which was incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate their expedited and professional work, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs.

Ian arrived about three hours after they were called and was very friendly and courteous. The work was quoted before proceeding to snake our sink and that was the price paid. He was neat and meticulous and we had good conversations about our plumbing hookups and plumbing in general. He also fixed our clogged shower head for no charge. We give he and his company a 10 star and will not hesitate to call them in the future and will recommend them to our neighbors and friends. Well done.

Steve, the owner of Nova Home Professionals, provided the most responsive service. He offered a fixed-price quote along with a 10% senior discount, which I greatly appreciated. Despite the distance, he drove over 40 miles to address my plumbing issue. His expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the process. Not only did he resolve the problem effectively, but he also ensured everything was thoroughly cleaned up afterward.

We needed toilet repairs and a general check of plumbing, including water pressure, before putting our house on the market. Steve went above and beyond, suggesting solutions that were reasonable and practical. He repaired two toilets, caught a problem with a shut-off valve, and installed a pressure valve, allowing us to address water-hammer noise. Friendly and professional, he's the person to call for maintenance and repair.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Steve was prompt ( I had a scheduled appointment the next day and within about 1 minute of my request!). He was exactly on time, professional, kind and funny. He explained the problem, fixed it perfectly and charged us a very fair rate which we could pay with our debit card. I have recommended him to many, many friends in Rappahannock County. I called NHP Monday afternoon and Steve showed up on time bright and early Tuesday morning! He assessed the problem, showed me everything that needed to be done and walked me through what he was doing and explained why it needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and answered all of the questions I had. I think his prices were very reasonable for all of the work he did.

Had a water issue with AC condensation clogged drain and Steve came for the rescue. I cannot recommend him enough. Steve was very thorough and knowledgeable on the work. All was fixed on the same day and had a piece of mind without breaking the bank. Steven not just did an excellent job, but recommended another company to help with the water remediation issues and it was also excellent.

I needed a last minute repair on a Sunday, and within 30 mins I got confirmation that there was someone available to provide service. They did not have crazy "emergency" up charges, not even considering that it was on a Sunday and the service repair needed within the same day. True professionals, and also did a free complete inspection. Highly recommended!

Steve arrived on time, made sure to clean as he was working so as to not leave a mess, priced reasonably, extremely friendly and professional, addressed all my questions and concerns and ensured the work he completed was to my satisfaction before leaving. Very happy with Steve and will be first call for all my plumbing needs.

Install was ok but the plumber did not leave the area as good or better than he found it. Left behind leaves on the floor he dragged in from outside, didn’t return the ceiling panel to the rightful place and didn’t turn off the light nor return the cover panel to block access from my pets getting into the crawl space
