Amazing service from locally owned business I found Plumbsy (Kyle) thru an app that allows local plumbers to provide estimates based on pics/description of work needed. I got more than 1 estimate & compared reviews. The "all 5-star reviews" on Yelp made me apprehensive at first, but they all seemed legitimate. We decided to go with Plumbsy, based on - Kyle's clear & fair estimate, the review standings for other businesses, & his understanding what we were looking for despite my laymen's descriptions (convert our 60/40 sink into a single sink, under mounted, oil rubbed bronze faucets etc.). Note: Some of the other candidates were only interested in selling us water softener systems or didn't convey any confidence in understanding what we needed. It took about a week for the parts to arrive & Kyle scheduled with us for a next day install. It was painless & the after is stunning. Thank you so much for the amazing work. I love having a new kitchen sink & faucets to start off the new year right!

A major yard line leak appeared in our front yard Saturday morning. After a Google search, I scheduled emergency service with another company that afternoon. When the confirmation email arrived, the appointment was a day later than discussed. After seeing a number of bad reviews and accusations of price gouging, I was feeling sketchy about things, so I submitted a project request in Yelp, and Kyle was the 1st to respond with availability that weekend, and I'm so glad he did! I immediately booked the Sunday morning appt. and canceled the one I had with that other plumber. Kyle did a great job repairing the leak caused by questionable installation design and shifting clay soil. I am very pleased with the work and the price seemed quite reasonable. I will definitely be contacting Plumbsy if I ever have another plumbing problem here.

We recently purchased a new home and were looking to install a water softener and filtration system. We had spoken with other companies and so glad that we went with Plumbsy. Kyle took the time to answer all of our questions in detail before we made a decision. He walked us through all of our options and really took the time to make sure made a fully informed decision. He showed up right on time to install our system, did meticulous work and walked me through every aspect of his work and our new system. We ended up adding an RO system and new faucet on top of our original project based on our conversation the day after them install and are so happy we did. I had a pool valve/plumbing issue that the pool company said needed to be fixed by a plumber. I did the usual Yelp shout out and Kyle from Plumbsy was one of the first to respond. The time from response to my door was probably less than an hour! Amazing. Kyle was super down to earth, gave me a quote on the spot (which was cheaper than what I had received from another larger company) and got everything fixed immediately. I really appreciated how responsive, friendly and reliable he was. Will definitely be my go-to plumber in the area since I love to support small local business. I gathered seven quotes to get my water heater replaced, and I went with Plumbsy. I have zero regrets. Kyle was quick to communicate, has extensive experience, and is passionate about doing the job right. The "other guys" were either much more expensive or showed a lack of customer understanding, experience, and care--not worth the risk of getting someone to have me buy the parts and sloppily put it together. I will be reaching out to Plumbsy if I have any other plumbing issues, as their service exceeded my expectations. Kyle, in particular, was very personable and knocked the job out of the park. I submitted a request for a quote. Told them what I needed, the parts I had. It was preventive maintenance. Lowe's or Home Depot will tell you how much installing or replacing a toilet would be.. well Plumbsy was the only company who provided a flat free quote. Straightforward. I don't know why other companies don't do that. Everyone would understand that there may be other charges but as shoppers we want to see who offers competitive prices. I only hire companies who offer flat free prices BASED on what customers described. Quality work, reasonably priced (plumbers charge more than electricians!)

I was advised by the City of Round Rock Water Utility that I had a water leak to the house and I needed to contact a plumber to repair. I can not say enough good things about Kyle C from Plumbsy. In a day and age where we have grown accustomed to sticker shock for home repairs it was a pleasant surprise to not be punched in the gut with another ridiculous quote. Kyle was quick to get to the property, assessed the situation, provided a quote, began repairs and sent status pictures along the way. Absolutely phenomenal service and I would highly recommend.

The owner, Kyle Cosby, did a great job fixing the leak. It wasn't easy because he had to penetrate the concrete of the side walkway and deal with galvanized pipe. Truly an awesome company. Honest, fast, reliable. I asked for a quote to disconnect the water softener. I got many responses that first they needed my address to see the unit, even though I posted a picture. Plumbsy, John, the owner gave me the lowest flat rate without game playing. And without "we need to see it first " The next day they arrived on time and took care of business. No game, no inflated price. Honest, straightforward.
